The paper Sheds light on one of the most important problems among the whole problems
that we find in the history of philosophy, namely, the problem of the relationship between wisdom
and Sharia law, trying to disclose the nature of the relationship
between wisdom and law in order to
detect intellectual conflicts or issues that the philosophers tried to detect the pivotal and key points
between wisdom and Sharia law, and philosophy and religion, through the general cultural state
prevailing in the Arab society during the Islamic middle ages. In addition, we will try to clarify the
theoretical and methodological foundations of the problem of reconciling and highlight the
ideological goals that drove the philosophers to reconcile between wisdom and Sharia.
This research fox on the mechanisms of argumentative inference
to the poetry of Early Islamic era , and we don't mean of inference
the strict logical one , but the pragmatic inference which
fucuses on language in the context of use and in the soci
al and
cultural context . And this study isn't restricted on political dialectic
poetries , so that how many poetries exudes self disappear behind it
deep argumentative dimension .
The Impact of Translating Quran According to The Fundamentalists
Studying the holy quranic vocabulary is very important for understanding the desired
meanings, that the scholars deduce.
This process will not happen without deep knowledge of Arabic
, the language it was
revealed in.
Therefore it is very important to stress on not translating the lateral one of this holy
book, because any other languages will not be able to comprehend the Arabic vocabulary.
In this study, I tried to discuss all these issues and show the correct opinions among
them.
Finally I concluded to the consensus of all scholars tat translating Quran laterally is
forbidden, but translating the meanings of Quran is allowed according to certain rules and
approaches..
This research deals with structure of power and its concept in Farabi's political
philosophy, by analyzing his basic thesis of Utopia, and analyzing the relation between
governor and the parish, and explaining the political connections that control
this city, like
the stratification and ideological structure down to the relationship between the prophecy
and philosophy, all this through systematic reading deals with the power of speech and its
relationships, and the semantic context through which these ideas emerged, and the nature
of cultural relationships that control thought and cultural production in that era. By
understanding Farabi's political ideas and their situation of speech context emerged the
category of (good authority) as a reflection of the structure of that era, and an alternative to
the category of existing power at that time which was based on tradition and the sanctity of
hereditary rule. Here Farabi's summon the pronouncements of the Greek speech and
reconstructing and integrating them in the context of the Islamic intellectual on the one
hand becomes a necessity which is required to the building of the political alternative of
religious feudal authority, and on the other hand its unique feature and characteristic
distinguish the Farabian philosophy through his building a philosophical pattern which
combines rationality and inspiration.
