The present study is concerned with the creation of an organized framework to the teaching of architectural design that addresses the individual differences of learners, such as differences in abilities, tendencies, experiences, speed of learning and self development through appointing the self-learning skills required for architectural students, and how much these skills are practiced, as an important aspect of the design process. This method enhances the education and development of mental ability which considered the most important for students to solve design problems in compliance with the society variables.
The aim of this research was to measure the technical efficiency of cotton farms with surface irrigation system using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) in the field school in Idleb governorate. Preliminary data was collected based on field surveys, and random sampling. 34 farms in the villages of Meless and Segar were chosen for the season 2014.
This research is a field study of the reality of small industrial projects in the industrial area in Tartous. The researcher started a theoretical presentation of the problems facing the small projects. It was adopted in the field study to identify the basic problems and the proposed solutions to the answers of a sample of the owners of these projects.
This research aims to show the importance of ensuring the competence of all who operate specific equipment, perform tests and/or calibrations, evaluate results, and sign test reports and calibration certificates.
This study aimed to measure technical efficiency of Islamic banks in Syria. This study used data envelopment analysis (DEA) method to estimate overall, pure and scale technical efficiency during the period (2010-2015). to that end, constant return to scale model and variable return to scale model was used. It has also been using windows analysis technique in order to follow banks performance during the studied period. This study also followed Intermediation approach for the choice of variables banking inputs and outputs.
The study aimed to identify the relationship between the technical, human, and regulatory abilities, and the adoption of decision support system in the Syrian Coast Banks. The researcher used the comprehensive inventory of all the banks in the Syri an Coast style, and relied on a questionnaire for data collection, where she distributed (118) to identify a sample of workers in the studied banks. The study concluded that the technical, human and regulatory abilities, have a role on the adoption of decision support system in the Syrian Coast Banks, and the most important result was that the banks own human capital is able to adopt a decision support systems. Then some of the recommendations show up for successful adoption of decision support systems and most important are: increased interest in available regulatory abilities through the necessity of a separate unit for decision support systems directly linked to the senior management at the banks in the Syrian Coast, and let the organizational structure to flow the information easily between different departments, greater attention to human abilities available to use the decision support systems like: provision of specialized training programs for workers to use decision support system software.
Internal and external data users are interested in financial data analysis, because of their need to obtain financial information about the company and to know the strength of its financial position. Although ratio analysis is always considered as one of the best financial statements analysis methods, but its interpretation is often difficult and controversial. Where each group of ratios can only show a single financial dimension, thus it may be difficult, when analyzing financial statements, tointe grate the results of different groups of financial analyses. So, an approach namely Data Envelopment Analysis, which is used in this research with Window approach by using variable returns of scale model, known as BCC related to researches Banker, Charnes and Coopers. In order to study the efficiency of the 19 subcompany of the General Establishment for food industries during the period 2008-2010. And also to study the direction of performance changes, in order to determine the best and the worst company through the company's efficiency using Super-Efficiency model. The study results showed that the number of efficient companies are six, and the number of inefficient companies are 13. Also showed that the Boken Water Company got the highest efficiency, and the company conserves Hasaka got less efficiency. All companies have less efficiency during the study period.
This thesis focused on composing two models built by using Neural Networks techniques for increasing the accuracy of predicting result represented by stock value in stock market, where the proposed solution includes two modalities of processing: in f irst one, we build two neural networks which we want to compose, one of the two networks deals with previous stock’s prices and the other one with indecators of technical analysis, then we will compose the outputs of these two networks into third neural network which represents the second modality of processing.
Saadalla Wannous is considered from the most important seekers for new technical forms in the Arabic Theatre. This appears through his plays that bear a collection of modern technical constituents. His early plays had technical structures that gave them technical and intellectual dimensions. The plays of the nineties were qualified with new tincture in both the structure and the meaning. From the technical constituents that formed this phase in writing the scripts is the narration technique that Wannous entered as a major structure in his drama, one of which is (Yawm Min Zamanina) (A Day from our Time) , in which he used diverse narrative techniquesto contributed in the production of the indicatives and signs and achieved a dramatic integration in the Play building up.
The construction sector in Syria - especially in the field of building – is characterized by the domination of traditional methods on building systems, and thus this system is often unable to achieve the requirements and objectives of the construct ion. Advanced construction sector towards the basis of the construction industry requires the use of developed technology and administrative systems compatible and in harmony with the architectural and constructional and technical building so that they can get the product within modern sophisticated standards. The research aim is to evaluate the Syrian experience in building construction, and compare it with the concepts and characteristics of the industrialized building system (IBS) and determine the position of the Syrian experience regarding these concepts, as well as evaluating the factors affecting the industry. Through the evaluation , we have calculated the degree of IBS for various patterns of the executive solutions used for buildings in Syria , cast in-situ with reinforcement walls has got 13.1%.
