Unemployment is considered one of the most risky economic problems that faces the developing countries including Syria due to overpopulation, decreased investment growth, and capitals lack. Jeopardy of unemployment forwards as its negative conse quences overwhelm life all paces economic, social, political, and demographical …etc. As there are many solutions, small enterprise seems to be among the most realistic and reasonable out costing ones in comparison with the big projects that require huge capitals, advanced technology, and highly professional work mass. Furthermore, they are difficulty competent with their counterparts in the developed countries where there is no economic laboratory else than reality.
The search discusses the importance of the finance factor especially the banking one in the developing of Syrian industrial projects by studying the role of Syrian industrial bank in funding the industrial projects, its essential task into supply the industrial section.
The study aimed at revealing the role of educational guidance in solving the problems of secondary school teachers from their point of view according to gender variables, years of experience and scientific qualification. The researcher used the an alytical descriptive method based on a questionnaire which included three main axes consisting of (27) The field of professional problems included (10) paragraphs, and the field of social problems: It included (8) paragraphs, and the field of psychological problems: It included (9) paragraphs The original society of the study consisted of all secondary school teachers in the city of Hama, (100) teacher and school were selected random way.
The study aimed to find out whether there was statistically significant between the average teacher answers differences with respect to the ethics of the school principal and teachers point of view due to the variable sex and years of experience an d place of the school and educational qualification. The study was conducted during the academic year / 2013-2014 / on a stratified random sample of teachers of the first cycle of basic education schools in the province of Latakia reached (379) teachers, and used the resolution as a research tool prepared by the researcher, After reviewing the educational literature on the study. The study found the following results: 1. the presence of statistically significant differences in the significance level (0.05) between the average responses of teachers with regard to the ethics of the headmaster of the teachers point of view attributed to the school's location, 2. There were no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05 ) due to the variable sex, experience and qualifications, and finally I suggested several recommendations that will help managers in promoting and upgrading the moral level of their profession.
This study aimed at exploring reality and the most critical obstacles that face smallscale industrial firms and identifying the extent to which these firms utilize networking, in Jordan. To achieve the objectives of this study the researcher develo ped a questionnaire to collect data. The study society included all small industrial enterprise in Irbed and Amman Governorates (1179) in 2009, whereas The drawed sample consists of (274) enterprise, The main findings of the study are: A set of obstacles faces small industrial enterprises. Most important: high tax rates, repercussions of an international economic crisis, high raw materials prices, competition from local large enterprises Small industrial enterprises, in addition this study founds quantity of networks with other small firms as well as large firms.
