The research aims to identify the Organizational climate in
kindergarten institutions, according to the estimate research
sample of employed individuals in the kindergarten level. And the
level of creative behavior of kindergarten teachers accordi
ng to
the estimate research sample of employed individuals in the
kindergarten. And examine the relationship between
organizational climate and the level of creative behavior of
kindergarten teachers. Also known significance of differences in
the answers to the research sample to identify the Organizational
climate and to identify creative individuals behavior according to
the variables of research: (qualification, years of experience).
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على المناخ التنظيمي السائد في وزارة الزراعة السورية. كما
تهدف إلى تحديد أثر المناخ التنظيمي السائد في أداء العاملين في وزارة الزراعة السورية.
The research aims to identify the role of organizational culture in reducing resistance to
change of the employees through a study of the relationship between the dimensions of the
organizational culture, and the reasons of resistance change by emp
loyees working in Lattakia City
Council. To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to
(343) employees in Lattakia City Council, (315) questionnaire were complete and valid for
statistical analysis, with a response rate of (91.84%). Relying on multiple regression, the following
results were reached:
1. There is a strong inverse relationship which is statistically significant between the
elements after the containment and interdependence of (empowerment, staff development,
teamwork and participation), and a reeducation of the resistance of workers to change, wherever
after containment and coherence elements are available, there is a decline in the causes resistance
of workers to change.
2. There is strong inverse relationship that is statistically significant between the elements
after the consistency and uniformity of working (core values, agreement, coordination and
integration), and a reduction of resistance workers to change, i.e. when elements after consistency
and homogeneity are availed, they lead to a decline in the causes of workers resistance to change.
3. There is strong inverse relationship which is statistically significant between the elements
of the human aspects (respect and appreciation, justice, encouragement achievement, and social
welfare), and the reeducation of workers resistance to change, i.e., whenever there are elements of
the human aspects, there is a decline of the causes of workers resistance to change.
4. There is strong inverse relationship which is statistically significant between the elements
after the organizational climate of (administrative practices, rewards, communications, and
surveillance system), and the reduction of workers resistance to change, i.e., wherever after the
organizational climate elements are available, there is a decline in the causes of workers resistance
to change.
The objective of this research is to identify the organizational climate in basic education schools in the province of Damascus, from the point of view of teachers and the nature of human relations prevailing between them. This search used descriptiv
e analytical method. The sample included (328) teachers of primary schools in the province of Damascus for the academic year 2012/2013. To achieve the objective of this research, the organizational climate questionnaire has included (38) items, and human relation questionnaire has included (30) items. Results show that, there were significant relationships between organizational climate and human relations prevailing between teachers. Also there were no significant differences between respondents answers about their schools' climate and human relations in general. The research concludes with recommendations, including further researches about organizational climate in schools according to other variables, also aims to provide more programs and activities, which enhance human relationships between teachers.
Therefore aim of this study was to investigate the impact of the dimensions of
organizational climate only the following (and clarity of purpose, effective
communication, justice, equity, recognition and appreciation, teamwork) to enable
workers w
ho are in direct contact with inmates in hotels-rated five stars in the
province of Damascus and its countryside. Adopted as a researcher on the
distribution of identification, the use of spss for statistical analysis.
Insurance companies have very huge money because of its
insurance activity, so they have to invest this money in many different
suitable channels, to save this money and increased it without any
risks.
This study aims to evaluate the faculty members’ satisfaction’s (270
faculty members) on the campus climate at academic and applied
universities in Jordan as perceived by faculty members. Also, it aims to
investigate the effect of gender, academic
rank, and experience factors in
evaluating campus climate.
By using an arithmetic mean, standard deviation, ANOVA, and t-test
to investigate the indication of the study sample response, the study
concludes that evaluation of campus climate at academic and applied
universities as perceived by faculty members is, in general, medium.
Faculty members were more satisfied in applied campus climate than
academic climate.
Based on the t-test analysis, differences in campus climate were
found for academic rank, experience in higher education. But there were
no differences for gender. Finally implications for practice are provided
for higher education institutions to improve campus climate.
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف تقييم المديرين العاملين في المراكز الصحية
الشاملة في إقليم الشمال للمناخ التنظيمي السائد (فلسفة القيادة، و نمط اتخاذ القرارات،
و نمط الاتصالات، العلاقات السائدة بين العاملين، و سياسة الأجور و الرواتب، و الولاء
التنظيمي).
كما ترمي هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على وجود فروقات دالة إحصائيًا عند
في درجة مستوى تقييم الإداريين العاملين في المراكز الصحية (α≤. مستوى ( 05
الشاملة إقليم الشمال للمناخ التنظيمي السائد تعزى للمتغيرات الديمغرافية. تألف مجتمع
الدراسة من جميع الإداريين العاملين في المراكز الصحية الشاملة إقليم الشمال و البالغ
عددهم ( 103 ) إداريًا حيث تم توزيع استبانة أعدت لتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة.
هدفت هذه الدراسة الميدانية إلى تقييم المناخ التنظيمي السائد في الجامعات الأردنية الرسمية
والجامعات الخاصة من وجهة نظر الإداريين. وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية طبقية
شملت (٣٢٧) موظفاً من أفراد الأجهزة الإدارية العامين في هذه الجامعات و من مختلف
الوظائف.
