هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف مدى تأثير أبعاد المناخ التنظيمي التالية فقط (وضوح الغرض، الاتصالات الفعالة، العدالة و الإنصاف، الاعتراف و التقدير، العمل الجماعي) في تمكين العاملين الذين هم على تماس مباشر مع النزلاء في الفنادق ذات التصنيف الخمس نجوم في محافظة دمشق و ريفها. و قد اعتمد الباحث على توزيع استبانة، و استخدام برنامج spss من أجل التحليل الإحصائي.
Therefore aim of this study was to investigate the impact of the dimensions of
organizational climate only the following (and clarity of purpose, effective
communication, justice, equity, recognition and appreciation, teamwork) to enable
workers who are in direct contact with inmates in hotels-rated five stars in the
province of Damascus and its countryside. Adopted as a researcher on the
distribution of identification, the use of spss for statistical analysis.
