هدف البحث إلى التعرف على المناخ التنظيمي السائد في مدارس التعليم الأساسي في محافظة دمشق، من وجهة نظر المعلمين و طبيعة العلاقات الإنسانية السائدة بينهم. و كذلك التعرف إلى العلاقة بين المناخ التنظيمي و العلاقات الإنسانية السائدة بين المعلمين في هذه المدارس. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و اشتملت العينة على (328) معلماً و معلمة من مدارس التعليم الأساسي في محافظة دمشق للعام الدراسي 2012/2013. و لتحقيق هدف البحث صممت استبانتين احتوت استبانة المناخ على (38) فقرة، في حين احتوت استبانة العلاقات الإنسانية على (30) فقرة. و توصل إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: وجود علاقة دالة إحصائياً بين المناخ التنظيمي و العلاقات الإنسانية السائدة بين المعلمين في مدارس التعليم الأساسي في محافظة دمشق، كما توصلت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين إجابات أفراد العينة حول المناخ التنظيمي، و العلاقات الإنسانية السائدة في مدارسهم بالنسبة لمتغير الجنس، في حين وجدت فروق دالة إحصائياً بين إجابات أفراد العينة بالنسبة لمتغيري (المؤهل العلمي، و سنوات الخبرة). و قد توصل البحث إلى عدة توصيات و مقترحات منها، إجراء المزيد من البحوث المتعلقة بالمناخ التنظيمي بحيث تتناول أبعاداً أخرى، و كذلك تفعيل النشاطات و البرامج المدرسية التي تعزز العلاقات الإنسانية بين المعلمين.
The objective of this research is to identify the organizational climate in basic education schools in the province of Damascus, from the point of view of teachers and the nature of human relations prevailing between them. This search used descriptive analytical method. The sample included (328) teachers of primary schools in the province of Damascus for the academic year 2012/2013. To achieve the objective of this research, the organizational climate questionnaire has included (38) items, and human relation questionnaire has included (30) items. Results show that, there were significant relationships between organizational climate and human relations prevailing between teachers. Also there were no significant differences between respondents answers about their schools' climate and human relations in general. The research concludes with recommendations, including further researches about organizational climate in schools according to other variables, also aims to provide more programs and activities, which enhance human relationships between teachers.

This research aims at achieving the following main aim: "to
Identifying the status of school climate in the second cycle schools
of basic education in Damascus city in the light of the supportive
positive school climate standards to educate citize
nship. To achieve
this aim the research used the descriptive analytical approach, and
the questionnaire as a research tool which was implemented on all
principals of the second cycle of basic education schools in the
Damascus city. Their number was (115) principals.
The present study aimed to identify the degree of use of the second
episode of Teachers of basic education for innovations in teaching
technology education curricula , and know the impact of each of the
variables ( academic qualifications , teachi
ng experience , competence ) in
determining their point of view.
Was used to identify targeted at teachers second episode as a tool to
verify the research hypotheses , has sample consisted of ( 280 ) and
school teacher were randomized from the research community
represented by all teachers of the second episode in the schools affiliated
to the Directorate of Education in the city of Damascus, where he was
selected teachers ( 26) School in the city of Damascus and the percentage
of representation (12%).
The present study aimed to explore the degree of employment of teachers of the
second cycle of basic education of modern education techniques in education from their
point of view in Damascus, namely Al-Mezzeh. The sample consisted of (186) teacher

and teachers (79 teachers and 107 teachers) The study was a questionnaire by the
researcher. The study reached the following results:
1- The degree of employment of modern technologies was a medium.
2-Data show technology ranked highest, followed by computer technology, followed
by Internet technology.
3- There are no differences between the average score of the study sample members
(males, females) in the use of modern technologies.
4- There are no differences between the average grades of the sample of the study
according to the type of school (boys, girls).
Therefore aim of this study was to investigate the impact of the dimensions of
organizational climate only the following (and clarity of purpose, effective
communication, justice, equity, recognition and appreciation, teamwork) to enable
workers w
ho are in direct contact with inmates in hotels-rated five stars in the
province of Damascus and its countryside. Adopted as a researcher on the
distribution of identification, the use of spss for statistical analysis.
This study aimed to identify the reality of educational technology for
teaching science in the laboratories of basic education schools in hasakah
from the point of view the teachers and their attitudes towards.
The Study sample consisted of (49) t
eachers (25 males+24females) were
randomly selected from schools in the sample, which included (13)
schools were chosen in a manner unintended villages Hasakah Center of
the Directorate for Educational Hasakah province. To achieve the
objective of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire which
consisted of (96) items, divided into five areas, and was of sufficient
reliability and validity for the purposes of this study.
