Data collected from October 2013 to March 2014, according to note form to evaluatethe performanceofnursesat administrating vaccines , and aquestionnaire to assess information of nurses, and a questionnaire to assess parents' satisfaction with the nurses' performance.This study aimed to assess the quality of nurses' performance in conducting of vaccination at health centers in Latakiacity.The most important results of this study that the quality of performance for most nurses was average in conducting vaccination. This study aimed to identify the level of quality of health services provided in health centers in the province of Lattakia (supervision area of al-Shamia). It also determined the level of satisfaction of beneficiaries on health services provided in these centers. The study community consisted of families who went repeatedly to the health centers in the area. The researcher has used the descriptive analytical method to measure the satisfaction of the beneficiaries with the quality of health services provided in the centers. A questionnaire has been designed and distributed among the beneficiaries families in order to measure the quality level of health services in the centers. Data has been also studied and analyzed by using the SPSS program. After analysis of the data, there was clearly lack of quality of health services provided in health centers al-Shamia ​​supervision area, according to the dimensions of quality of health services (tangibility, reliability, power of responsiveness, empathy, trust and safety) from the viewpoint of the beneficiaries of the services provided
The study aimed to assess the extent to which the teachers of the first cycle of basic education in Al-Hasakah achieved the criteria of TQM from the point of view of the principals of these schools. The researcher used a questionnaire which include d the following criteria: 1. Planning and designing educational attitudes; 2. Providing, 3 - the ability to understand the scientific material and understand the nature and integration with other materials, 4 - the use of strategies and techniques of education, 5 - assessment of students and follow - up learning outcomes, 6 - cooperation with his superiors and colleagues, students and parents. The study found that the TQM standards of the teachers of the first cycle in basic education in Al-Hasakah governorate from the point of view of managers were very high for all standards except for the criterion of using the strategies and the educational techniques were achieved with a medium degree. There were statistically significant differences among the members of the research sample according to the gender variable in favor of females. There were statistically significant differences among the members of the research sample according to the variable of administrative experience for the benefit of those with experience from 1-5 years. Evaluation. In the light of previous findings, the study presented some suggestions that can be traded to improve the quality of teachers' performance in accordance with TQM standards.
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بناء مقياس لمقاومة الإغراء لطلبة الجامعات في إقليم جنوب الأردن ، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (25425) و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (2562) طالباً و طالبةً. و تم التحقق من صدق المقياس بثلاث طرق و هي: صدق المحتوى (صدق المحكمين) و الصدق العام لي و الاتساق الداخلي، كما تم التحقق من ثبات المقياس بثلاث طرق و هي: طريقة الإعادة و الطريقة النصفية و الاتساق الداخلي باستخدام معادلة كرونباخ ألفا، و أظهرت النتائج دلالات صدق و ثبات مقبولة لمثل هذا النوع من المقاييس ، و أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى للجنس.
Spatial organization of facilities depend on the analyzing of the distribution of the networks of establishments and service centers in cities with focus on the study of complementarity and comparability of the place, place settlement (place distr ibution and density), service areas, wider access of shopping service, in addition to a good coordination (administrative, technical and consumptive) forming the place service construction. This should all lead in the end to the best geographic distribution of the networks of facilities and service centers within a comprehensive and complete system in cities at present and in the future. Good geographical distribution of service location must reduce the consumers' time and create the largest possible social and economic set of activities. There must be justice in distribution, and equal access to the services, in addition to satisfactory quality for the population in quantity and variety, in a way that corresponds with the natural, social, demographic, economic and constructive conditions of the place (like city size, shape, functions, location, the population and their qualifications, the opening times during which the city can provide the service to the residents, the percentage of service consumers and their class, the nature of the organizing plan of the city and the use of the land there, the road net, and means of transport and others.) The establishments, service centers, facilities and the services are distributed to suit in quantity and variety with the residential districts and territories. The central part of the city contains most service activities, because it forms the easiest way of getting transport, and this identifies the great importance in place in organizing services in the city. The smallest the city is, the better the access to services. It is necessary here to distribute the service establishments among the city quarters, regions, places of work, social and scientific centers, and locations of access to means of transport. It must emerge from the consumers' preferences and their interests, the state capacities, and the constant need to develope the planning of residential services in the city
