This study aims to discover the degree of obtaining the signals of strategic planning
into nonprofit organizations at Bekaa sector in Lebanon, and it’s relation with some
variables
This study aimed at identifying the opinion of theTeaching Staff in
the Faculty of Education at Damascus University in strategic
management Requirements importance, and in the possibility of applying
in their Faculty. The sample included 132 Teach
ing Staff in the academic
year 2010/2011.
To achieve the aim of the research a questionnaire included (72)
methods, distributed to four areas (general requirements for strategic
management, Formulating strategic requirements, application strategic
requirements, evaluation strategic requirements).
This research aimed to create a Suggested Imagination to active the roll of the
Strategic Planning that the initial stage Schools headmasters in Damascus must use to
manage the educational crises in their institution.
The research society contain
all the initial stage schools headmaster in Damascus
City, that they are (316) headmasters, and the research was implicated on a random sample
contain (242) member.
The researcher depended on the analytical descriptive method, and used a
questionnaire to collect information, so he repaired two questionnaires, the first one about
the most crises the initial stage schools suffer, and the second contains (58) items about the
proceedings which the headmaster must do them, and it divided to for fields, they are:
before the happened of the crisis, planning to management the crisis, management the
crises, the prevention and the capitalize of the crises after it happened.
The results showed that the initial stage Schools headmasters are suffering from
crises related to the students, the curriculum, and the teachers, and their practice degree for
the subtrahend proceedings quadrated to the questionnaire is a median degree, that is
subpoenaed drawing up a suggested imagination to become the Strategic Planning is the
method which used to manage the educational crises and obviated them.
The research aimed to identifying the Opinion of Sample of worker at Tishreen
University in the role strategic Planning importance, Crisis Educational Management, also
to define the differences in Opinion of Sample to these variable the scientific
qualification.
To achieve the objectives of this research, questionnaire has included the role of Strategic
Planning in Crisis Educational Management consisted of (52) items, has been applied
during the academic year of (2015 - 2016) on sample (278) members, The present research
used the descriptive analytical approach. Validity of the questionnaire was established
though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff of educational at Damascus and Tishreen.
The final results showed that the role of Strategic Planning in Crisis Educational
Management were middle degree. In fact there are no found differences between the
sample answers, about the strategic Planning importance, and their role in Crisis
Educational Management according to variable the scientific qualification. The Research
presented suggestions concerning of to adopt strategic planning as a tool for changing and
developing administrative work and specialized workshops in strategic Planning.
The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of strategic
planning on outreach to clients in microfinance institutions in Syria,
and to explore for the differences between two institutions in terms of
strategic planning and its impact on outreach to clients.
The study aimed to determine the degree of availability of employment
of strategic planning in the development of educational guidance in the
provinces of Homs, Homs requirements.

in order to highlight the steps to be followed to prepare a strategic plan for the academy
because it hasn't been following the strategic planning approach in a practical way to
improve the performance of its educational tasks. The most important results that have
been reached are: the academic management interaction with moral and conduct strategic
planning was weak due to the weakness of responsibility towards the process of change
and also because of the constant change in the administrative leadership of the academy
during short periods of time The research has also shown that the faculty teaching
members are not aware of the academy's mission and that is because there isn't a suitable
atmosphere in the academy right now for change and developement especially in the light
of the existing competitions. In the light of these results, the researcher suggested the
following: The management in this branch should provide the right atmosphere to accept
changes by starting awareness campaigns within the scientific and administrative
departments of the academy to introduce the members to the mission of the academy, its
goals and future plans.
This study focuses on the role of strategic planning in improving the performance of organizations, taking the Ministry of Higher Education in the Syrian Arab Republic as a model to develop the higher education sector and plan future educational policies in Syria.
