Business Process Management (BPM) is the discipline which is responsible for management of discovering, analyzing, redesigning, monitoring, and controlling business processes. One of the most crucial tasks of BPM is discovering and modelling business
processes from text documents. In this paper, we present our system that resolves an end-to-end problem consisting of 1) recognizing conditional sentences from technical documents, 2) finding boundaries to extract conditional and resultant clauses from each conditional sentence, and 3) categorizing resultant clause as Action or Consequence which later helps to generate new steps in our business process model automatically. We created a new dataset and three models to solve this problem. Our best model achieved very promising results of 83.82, 87.84, and 85.75 for Precision, Recall, and F1, respectively, for extracting Condition, Action, and Consequence clauses using Exact Match metric.
For task-oriented dialog systems, training a Reinforcement Learning (RL) based Dialog Management module suffers from low sample efficiency and slow convergence speed due to the sparse rewards in RL. To solve this problem, many strategies have been pr
oposed to give proper rewards when training RL, but their rewards lack interpretability and cannot accurately estimate the distribution of state-action pairs in real dialogs. In this paper, we propose a multi-level reward modeling approach that factorizes a reward into a three-level hierarchy: domain, act, and slot. Based on inverse adversarial reinforcement learning, our designed reward model can provide more accurate and explainable reward signals for state-action pairs. Extensive evaluations show that our approach can be applied to a wide range of reinforcement learning-based dialog systems and significantly improves both the performance and the speed of convergence.

middle rated , the result also showed no statistically significance differences in the degree
of practicing Management by Values of the Secondary Schools Managers in Lattakia City
of the sample members' point of view, according to the variables (sex, and scientific and
educational qualification), While there were statistically significance differences due to the
Variable experience, in favor of teachers with experience of more than (10) years. The
research provided some suggestions such as preparing training programs to train
Secondary Schools Managers on Management by Values, also conducting other researches
about applying Management by Values theory at Schools.
The aim of this study was to study the relationship between support and support of senior
management and flexibility of higher education organizations. A questionnaire was
distributed to a random sample of senior management at Tishreen University,

Academy for Science and Technology, Maritime Transport (20), and a second
questionnaire on a sample of scientific scientists Each of the two universities amounted to
(327) workers.
The study concluded that the higher education organizations under study apply the
principle of supporting and supporting the senior management well, and the higher
education organizations studied the flexibility in an acceptable manner, where all the
changes took place, and by relying on the T test for two independent samples using the
SPSS program, The impact of supporting and supporting senior management as one of the
tools of TQM on flexibility as one of the dimensions of competitive advantage of higher
education organizations under study.
Customer Retention Management (CRM) provides a strong competitive advantage for
the organization to stay in the market. It helps management to track customer interactions
with the organization and allows employees access to all customer,s previous
information;
CRM gains its importance by creating a strategic vision to achieve the organization's goals
of maintaining customers and reaching loyalty through integration with marketing policies
and product development To increase the sales of the organization and to make offers that
attract the target customer and interact with him in a way that ensures its preservation.
The aim of the study is to define the reality of the application of CRM during the crisis
period )8402-8400( in the Syrian private banks in Lattakia, and study the dimensions of
customer relationship management in these banks, and then study the impact of these
dimensions on the performance indicators that were measured through indicators of
profitability, customer complaints, strong relationships with customers, customer
satisfaction and loyalty. In order to achieve this, two main hypotheses were formulated.
The researcher used the questionnaire technique to collect the data analyzed using
statistical tests, the most important of which were the one-sample t. test, and the Pearson
Correlation test. The researcher has reached several results, the most important of which is:
a good evaluation of the availability of CRM dimensions in the studied banks, and there is
a positive relationship between these dimensions and performance.

This study was conducted in Lattakia Governorate in 2017, with the aim of evaluating
methods of using state-owned agricultural land (SOAL). The study methodology based on
comparative analysis of many indicators to evaluate SOAL management.
The res
ults showed that the area actually invested of the total state-owned agricultural
lands in Lattakia Governorate reached 2980 ha out of 10663 hectares, which is limited to
28% of the total available area. Most of this invested area was leased to the farmers
through social research, as a basic way for management of SOAL lands. According to that,
the area leased to farmers constituted 27.7% of the total available land, while a small area
of 21 hectares was recently invested by private investment projects (agricultural, industrial,
service, tourism) during the period (2013-2017). However, the fundamental principle of
leasing these lands to farmers is to solve the problem of squatting on a large part of SOAL
in this governorate, which amounted to about (20.9%) of the total available area.
