Globalization the Cultural Challenge

IN this research,I have First defined many issues, then I have tried to explain globalization being the out come of a self power , including its continuation. I have also shed light on the comprehensive side of globalization through the complex inter relation among human Beings on the cultural , individual , institutional and social level. I have tried to focus on two main points. First, Globalization is an attempt to gather the world states and their different regions in one entity , This is known as a small village. Second, I have focused on the dimensions of globalization and our awarcness of it , because this movement makes us engaged in one state , called "the global society" .

The degree of contribution to the national education teachers in educating students for the challenges of cultural globalization

The study aimed to identify the degree of contribution to the national education teachers in educating students with challenges of globalization in the cultural dimension ( cultural , ethical , Media ) . The researcher used the descriptive analytical method was conducted among a sample consisted of (49 ), a teacher and a school in secondary schools in the city of Damascus was pulled randomly. The study recommended the need to develop teacher preparation programs and training in order to cope with the rapid changes.

Techno-media AND DEVELOPMENT IN SYRIA

This study is about the concept of techno-media in Syria, where the world developing techno-media has been identified. As well as there has been a survy on the spreading of technological applications between memberships and this has been done through presenting evidence about the usage of technological applications in Syria comparing with other countries. Also, the study has identified the most important problems of techno-media. Besides the study has also found out some important elements that identified the techno-media and helps in activating it, aiming to find out other reasons there has been a survy on the connecting relations between problems that lay behind technomedia and how much it is used. After that we have produced some important illustrations and instructions that will have its impact on developing and supporting the process of having technological media and how will this serve the community and participate in improving it.

العولمة.. و الخيارات العربية المستقبلية

يحاول الباحث في هذه الدراسة الكشف عن مفهوم العولمة و أبعادها المختلفة، و تحليل بعض المظاهر المرتبطة بهذا المفهوم، و كذلك دراسة الخيارات العربية تجاه ظاهرة العولمة، و ذلك في ضوء أن العولمة هي نمط سياسي اقتصادي ثقافي بنموذج غربي متطور، خرج بتجربته من حدوده إلى عولمة الآخر. فهي تشكل تحدياتٍ جسيمة أمام الوطن العربي و دول الجنوب. و هذه التحديات و المخاطر تتفاوت بين مخاطر سياسية و أخرى ثقافية و ثالثة اقتصادية، و كلها ترتبط بمحاولات الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية "تنميط" العالم، و الاستفراد بالشأن العالمي و إدارته بشكل أحادي بما يتناسب و مصالحها و غاياتها مما يستوجب وضع استراتيجية عربية لمواجهة هذه التحديات.

العولمة صياغة جديدة للعالم و للأسرة خطرها على تمكين الأسرة و زعزعة ثباتها

العولمة مبدأ ثائر، يسوق بين يديه الخطأ والصواب بعصًا واحدة، لا يمكن في طبيعة الثائر إلا هذا، فالغرب ممثلا بأمريكا –في أيامنا هذه- لا يبرح متخذًا مبدأ الصراع حتى يسلخ الشرق عن تاريخه و حضارته، أيصرع فيموت بحقده، أم يدفن بشؤم أعماله، و ليس دعاة العولمة مصلحين، بل أصحاب قوة زهاهم النصر، الذي اتفق لهم في وقت تشرذم العالم و انقسم، فخرجوا من تلك الحروب الصغيرة، و هم يجأرون (نريد، نفعل.. ندمر..)، فغلطوا غلطة أرادوها منتصرة، فعرضوها على المساكين، فقهرتهم و آذتهم في كل جانب، إلا أن هذا السعار لن يدوم طويلا، و لن يمكث في الأرض إلا ما ينفع الناس.

لعولمة بين التكيف و الممانعة

من أهم نتائج البحث و إحدى أهم إضافاته العلمية تأكيدنا ضرورة عدم النظر إلى مصطلحي التكيف و الممانعة نظرة ميكانيكية صرفة، فثمة دول تصنف من ضمن بلدان العالم النامي مثل النمور الآسيوية و ماليزيا و أندونيسيا و الصين مثلا، و هي في وضعية متأقلمة و متكيفة إلى حد بعيد للعولمة و غير متصادمة معها، لكنها في الوقت نفسه غير موافقة على كثير من منطلقاتها و رافضة –بالتأكيد- لآثارها السلبية، فأين نصنف هذه البلدان، أفي خانة الدول المتكيفة مع العولمة أم في مجموعة الممانعة لها؟ ما أردنا الوصول إليه هو أنه عندما تحقق المجتمعات تنميتها المستدامة الناجزة يمكن اعتبارها من جهة في موقع المتكيف موضوعيًا للعولمة و غير المتصادم معها، و في بعض الأحيان المكيف لها.

في تحول الأساليب النحوية (التركيبية) في اللغة العربية في العقدين السابقين على مرحلة العولمة لغة القصة القصيرة في الأردن نموذجاً

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن بدايات تأثير الأساليب غير العربية في المستوى الفصيح، و تكون مستوى جديد للاستعمال اللغوي قبيل عصر العولمة، و في سبيل ذلك، لجأت الدراسة إلى جمع مادتها من الاستعمالات اللغوية في مجموعات مختارة اختيارًا عشوائيًا من كتابات الأدباء الأردنيين الذين يكتبون القصة القصيرة، و توقفت فترة الدراسة عند سنة 1990 ، و كانت اللغة العربية مستهدفة فيها، مما أدى إلى تشكُّل المستوى الجديد لها.

The most important challenges faced the arab regional system

Arab system isgoing through today stage chaotic frightening, though and division in which the arab exceed Arabism and humanity and stand at the borders of control and dominance to satisfy it self in light the many challenges faced him, and assigned sometimes to the same arab system and at other times to the international syatem . the arab system is part of the global system and in the case of both affected and mutual effect . so it was necessary to stand at the most prominent of these challenges of conflicts and wars in the arab regiane and terroeism and the challenges wich follow on international chaos and the new middle east , the economic challenges as well as sectarian and the challenge of imported arab democracies as well as the most dangerous challenge on globalization .

الدور الوقائي و التنموي للمؤسسات الرياضية و التربوية لأفراد المجتمع في ظل العولمة

يهدف البحث إلى معرفة الدور الوقائي و التنموي للمؤسـسات الرياضـية و التربويـة للمجتمعات في ظل العولمة، كما يهدف أيضاً إلى التعرف على ماهية العولمـة، و مـا الآثار السلبية و الإيجابية لحركة العولمة و الرياضة التي تعيشها مجتمعاتنا اليوم، حيـث يبين البحث بعض تعريفات العولمة، و يبين اختلاف وجهات النظر ما بـين البـاحثين و المهتمين بهذا المجال. و قد توصل الباحث إلى عدة استنتاجات و توصيات، منهـا أن هناك اختلافات في تعريف مفهوم العولمة، فكل باحث يعرفها من الزاوية المهتم بهـا سواء أكانت "اقتصادية أو تربوية أو رياضية أو سياسية ...الخ". كما أن هناك ثلاثـة اتجاهات للعولمة، الاتجاه المعارض، و الاتجاه المؤيد، و الاتجاه الوسطي المعتدل.

Modern International Changes and Their Impact on Sovereignty of States

The research focuses on clarifying the relationship between the biggest international contemporary changes، which comes at its first place how cold war changed “Bipolar System” to “Unipolar System” which makes the USA at its top، then comes the globalization and its various dimensions and effects on states’ sovereignty considering it as one of the results of the new international system which aims to give the USA a dominancy on the world especially the Arab World. So the political globalization aims to remove the concept of national sovereignty and also to an unlimited world، in addition to the protection of humanitarian intervention signs and minorities rights as a justification tool، authorizing the intervention in the internal affairs of states and enforcing regional projects.
