Islamic Banking is considered an important subject that researchers and economists are interested in nowadays. Studying economic development finance, identifying and overcoming its obstacles are one of the important issues that help pave the way to e
conomic development. To that end, the researcher seeks to define Islamic Banks, identify the difficulties which they face in Syria, and make proposals. The study shows that there are many obstacles facing the Islamic Banks in Syria, and presents
a number of suggestions which might contribute to overcome these hindrances and accelerate the achievement of economic development in Syria.
The research aimed to acknowledge the most important obstacles
which contradict applying the school’s activities from the
perspective of principles of the basic learning stage at Homs city. It
concluded 30 principles (male and female), and for that goal the
researcher designed a geared to investigate principles’ points of
view about the most important obstacles.
This study aimed to identify obstacles to literacy program in the
governorates of Muscat and Dhofar and its development, and to provide
some of the suggestions in the same regard.
The study used a descriptive analytical method, and its tool in the
identification was to explore the views of a sample of the relevant
program of literacy in the two provinces in number (148) personnel. To
investigate the validity and reliability of the tool, it was offered to a group
of arbitrators, and the referee retail mid-term reliability, and used in
statistical process frequencies and averages and standard deviations and
the T-Test and analysis of variance.
This research aims at identifying the obstacles facing graduate students when they
use the Internet for the purposes of scientific research by answering the following
questions:
1 - What are the obstacles faced by graduate students while using the
Internet for
research purposes?
2 - Is there a difference between the answers of graduate students as
regardschallenging the obstacles they face when using the Internet for the purposes of
scientific research?
The research employs descriptive analytical method by using questionnaires
composed of (30) distributed over three areas, the research found the following results:
1 - Most resolution phrases constituted obstacles to graduate students when using the
Internet for the purposes of scientific research substantially and medium.
2 - There are no statistically significant differences between the mean of graduate
students’ answers at the University of Damascus concerning their challenge for degrees of
constraints of Internet use in scientific research; there are significant differences between
the mean of students’ answers concerning their challenge for degrees of constraints of
Internet use in scientific research due to the academic variable level in favor of Ph.D.

Ornamental plants considered one of the modern plantation, which should be
introduced in the future agricultural development plan confirmed by field studies for the
most important ornamental seed plants as a samples for data collections.
Through i
nformation and field data it can be concluded that, most of nursery's of
ornamental plants were in a small size (less than 2.5 hectare) in comparison with some
other propagated plants due to the absence of specialization. We observed a shortage in a
propagated plant materials especially cut-flowers which considered the most important
product.
This research observed also many problems facing the producers leading to high
production cost: preliminary materials, agriculture and propagation materials, expert
workers beside obstacles in exporting and absence in observation and governmental help.
This study investigates the extent of using the Internet by teachers in
Irbid Second Directorate of Education and the obstacles which hindered
its usage. The sample of the study consists of (172) male and female
teachers who where chosen randomly.
The findings reveal that all male
and female teachers use the Internet, and that there were significant
statistical differences (α = 0.05) over all degrees of using the Internet in
the educational field due to the differences in the qualification,
knowledge of English language and computer. Furthermore, the findings
reveal that there were no significant statistical differences (α = 0.05) due
to sex, specialization, experience, usage per days, usage per hours.
Study detected wide range of obstacles that prevented achievement of
exported Syrian grapes of competitive advantage in external markets, And
prevented penetration of new markets, based on a questionnaire to a sample of
table grapes exporters in S
yria, for Monitor changes in the obstacles that faced
each of them during the three years 2006-2008. The study compared the
changing importance of each of these obstacles, relying on some of central
tendency and dispersion, also showed some of them through the box plot. The
study revealed that the importance of the obstacles that faced exporters rose at
the end of the study period than in the beginning, The study showed it need for
concerted efforts by producers and exporters, as well as direction and guidance
by the authorities concerned, and uncover that most of the obstacles faced
exporters when export grapes, were obstacles them before buying grapes, But
they could not overcome the effects lasted accompany grapes when exported,
also identified ways to overcome them, conducted an another classification on
the basis of obstacles' originators, so they can be avoided. The study pointed to
another aspect of the obstacles, it seemed - through the study of the market - is
of great importance, is worthy of independent study, and thorough, which is the
subject of trade interaction between the agricultural products exported.
The study aimed to look at the
importance of small and medium enterprises, and to identify the
financing constraints faced by small and medium enterprises in
Syria and that hamper their growth and development and to identify
the role of banks and financial institutions and their difficulties in
financing small and medium enterprises sector in Syria.
Epistemology as a modern science that emerged at the beginning of the 20th century, ,
Especially after the earthquake of the basic physical and chemical sciences motivated by
revolutionary theories such as relativism, suspicion, quantum and other w
here she said the
epistemology of all science ... What next?
this science extended to all sciences (physics, mathematics, logic, history, curriculum,
psychology, media … etc) in a horizontal way, where these sciences have become a basic and
important discipline of epistemology, including the science of the media, which is defined as
the transmission of information (knowledge, events, cultural spiritual values) by means of
technical ways to many and wide numbers of the masses. The media in this sense
communicates with the masses, which is the objective expression of the mentality , culture and
spirit of society, which constitute the logical basis for this community.
The media after the rapid technological development at the beginning of the twentieth
century can be considered as science as the rest of science, which are linked with each other,
through its general and specific theories, representing by measuring tools and scientific
methods.
Here lies the importance of this research, which deals with the relationship between the
media and epistemology, and their participation in the analysis of the cognitive process and the
production of the media content, since the epistemology is a higher level activity, the subject of
it is the science itself, it is thinking about science.
As we said above the media is a new science, and who controls this science and the
operator of it is the journalist who deals all time with new information, as the media message
or media content, is manufactured by a specialist. This intellectual cognitive process deserves
to be stopped, especially as it corresponds to the scientific thinking that meant the
epistemology of a critical study and analysis and discover its holdings and talk about its
obstacles.
This research also aims to overcome the cognitive obstacles that Bashaalar said, which
suffers from every worker in the general knowledge of humanity, the scientific and media
thinking in particular, and the scientific thinking of those which is based on the media process
. In order to reach the scientific stage and beyond the non-scientific stage.
