وجهة نظر المديرين، إضافة لمعرفة الاختلاف في وجهات النظر في معوقات اتخاذ القرار
تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي و سنوات الخبرة، و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري
و مديرات مدارس التعليم الأساسي في مدينة حمص و البالغ عددهم ( 77 ) مديرا و مديرة.
The study aimed to identify obstacles to the decision facing basic
education schools managers from the perspective of managers, as
well as to know the difference in views on obstacles to decisionmaking
depending on variable of the educational qualification and
years of experience, and the study population consisted of all the
managers of basic education schools in Homs City totaling (77).
