The study aimed to identify obstacles to the decision facing basic education schools managers from the perspective of managers, as well as to know the difference in views on obstacles to decisionmaking depending on variable of the educational qual ification and years of experience, and the study population consisted of all the managers of basic education schools in Homs City totaling (77).
The study aimed to investigate the status of the school media’s role (radio, press, and theatre) in the development of the patriotic affiliation values from the perspective of teachers of the study social in the basic learning stage at Homs city. - The study sample consisted of (04) male an female teachers, of Sahla Al amerya, Gassan Ibrahim ,Mahmoud Salloum, Nazem Alatrashm, Akrama Almaghzomy, and Jameel Sarhan) schools.
The objective of the research is to know the situations of merge schools according to the view of first circle teachers in basic education in the city of Homs in accordance with the variant of qualification and years of experience and to find the suggestion set by the teachers to develop merge schools. The sample consists of 20 teacher from the Merge schools .A questionnaire has been applied by the researcher .the questionnaire includes 18 items within 3 dimensions . It has been proved by the appropriate method. The results have showed no differences among the degrees of the teacher responses to the questionnaire according to the variant of qualification and years of experience . Some suggestions have been set by most teachers about the situation of merge schools . there suggestions included much internet in the merge schools concerning the requiems necessary for the merge process like furniture, teaching means for the students impairment.
This study aimed to know the degree of the relationship between the performance of the first cycle of basic education schools managers of some of the administrative duties and to exercise the degree of skill of :time management in the city of Homs , according to several objectives - Know the effect variable (sex, educational qualification)on the degree of time management - know the impact of the variable (sex, educational qualification) ( - degree in exercise of administrative tasks assigned to school principals.
This research aims defining the problems critical thinking related to each of the following themes: (teacher, classroom environment, curriculum content, teaching techniques, calendar, school environment) from a sample of teachers of the first cycl e of basic education schools look numbered (125) teachers and a teacher in the city of protoplasm. Where the use of a questionnaire included the education problems of critical thinking in each of the previous hubs, have reached research is to identify a range of problems including: asylum teacher to orders and instructions in dealing with students, double the rehabilitation of teacher training, lack of interest in school administration by providing guide instructs the teacher to how teach critical thinking, not to employ modern technologies in educational activities, fit the calendar with methods that focus on conservation and memorization techniques.
