In the past years, I have been actively promoting the civil marriage project This promotion was dominated by the (non-scientific) propaganda method, which aims to polish and market the idea of ​​civil marriage. Until the matter became confusing for many people, including those who possessed their faith belief, and practiced their religious commitment in the practical side. Perhaps the reason for this confusion is - in addition to what we have mentioned of the promotional and propaganda method - the failure of these people to pay attention to the fact that the drafts of the Civil Marriage Law - and those laws in force in many countries - are in clear and equal violation of what is stated in the Noble Qur’an, and the Sunnah of the Prophet (p. ) and his capacity (peace be upon them), and that it depends on a set of justifications and compelling reasons that involve more than weakness, so that it does not withstand the Criticism and analysis. Hence, it was useful to initiate a comparative study between the sources of legislation in Islam (the Qur’an and the Sunnah..) in their relevant texts.
The objective of the rescored is to Know the situation of academic administrative problems in the preliminary year of medical colleges at the University at the Students think, the research has used the descriptive method to deal with the problem ,He has also used a questionnaire It has Included 31 Items, It has been divided into four axis ,the questionnaire has been judged by eight Specialized doctors ,it has be pasted on a sample of 34 Students depending on the coefficient of Cronbach- Alpha ,it has been (0,92).
The research aims to identify the nature of the relationship between the emotional equilibrium and the method of solve problems in a sample of first year students in the College of Education at the University of Damascus, The significance of the d ifferences in performance was revealed on the emotional equilibrium scale, which is due to two variables: gender and specialization among the research sample, On the scale of the problem solving method, which is attributed to two variables: gender and competence in the research sample. The research sample reached (190) students, (80) males and (110) females of the first year students in the Faculty of Education. The researcher used the questionnaire of emotional balance and method of solving problems, which are prepared after verifying their sincerity and stability.
This study aimed at investigating the relationship between psychological support and religious values among the adolescents in the preparatory year at the Muslim University in Al-Madīnah Al-Munawwarah. The study employed the descriptive analytical method, and the researcher developed the study instruments that consisted of two scales; the psychological support scale, which consisted of (41) items distributed to four domains: (emotional support, morale cognitive support, recognition and status support, as well as social support); and the religious values scale which consisted of (53) items distributed to three domains: (ideological values, worship values, as well as moral values). The validity and reliability of study instruments were verified. The study sample consisted of (192) preparatory-year students studying at the Muslim University in Al-Madīnah Al- Munawwarah. The results showed that the level of psychological support, with its domains, was of a high degree, with a mean that ranged between (3.75 - 4.06), and it was ranked as follows; (cognitive morale support , recognition and status support, social support, and emotional support). The mean of psychological support in total was (3.91) . The level of religious values was also of a high degree, with a mean that ranged between (3.64 - 4.44), in the following order (ideological values, worship values, and finally moral values), and the mean of the religious values in total was (3.92). The results showed that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between the psychological support and the religious values.
The research aims to identify the nature of the relationship between the level of ambition and decision-making among a sample of first year students at the University of Damascus, revealing the significance of differences in performance on the lev el of ambition scale and attributed to two variables: Gender and competence among the research sample, revealing the significance of differences in performance on a scale of decision-making which is attributed to two variables: Gender and competence among the research sample. The sample totaled 170 students, 70 males and 100 females from the firstyear students in the University of Damascus. And may researcher used a questionnaire to the level of ambition and a questionnaire to make the decision, two of the prepared after making sure of their sincerity and steadfastness.
Considering that the educational process is a system of processes that are interconnected with each other and participate in the occurrence range of factors, affect and are affected by each of which has the role of the president in the educational process and therefore in the results, as percentages of good success, the proportion of Almitrfien (transferred) to the top grade ..... etc., which invited us to devise a quantitative method to calculate the ratio of students Almitrfien (transferred) from one academic year to a year high, and the comparison between present quarterly system efficiency and the system's quarterly average, and the most important results that have been reached are: 1. percentage lift (transmission) students of the school year j to year, the Supreme j + 1 according to the present quarterly system nearly 60%. 2. accounted lift (transmission) students of the school year j to year, the Supreme j + 1 according to the quarterly system 89.64% average.
Architectural design subject is the backbone of the architectural education curriculum. Moreover, the outcome of architectural design subject of first year is the base that will form the students’ architectural thinking and skills in the upper leve ls. In this research, the author is attempting to examine architectural design educators' views (36 teachers) of the First Year on the subjects of design education and the design process. Since students' views are very important in formulating an educational model of the design process, the author will also collect some students' views (114 students) from architecture faculty, where he is employed at the University of Damascus. The Study reveals several suggestions for improving the design methodology for architectural design education in general and in first year in specific.
The study aimed to know the degree of satisfaction of students on their kindergarten prepare program, included courses, teachers and field training. And to know its impact on their trend towards the exercise of governess profession. The researchers adopted a descriptive approach. The study tool – which is a questionnaire - was distributed on a random sample of (70) students. The averages and the relative weights were used for data analysis. The results of the study showed an average satisfaction of the program in general, as well as courses, faculty teachers and field training. It’s also showed a high degree of presence of a recurrence in the content of courses. Therefore their correlation was at an average rate, but -nonetheless- they managed to develop essential skills to practice the profession in a high degree. The study results also showed a lack of statistically significant relationship between student satisfaction of courses and field training, and their trends towards the exercise of the profession. On the other hand there was a statistically significant relationship between satisfaction on the teachers of the faculty and the program in general, and their trends towards the exercise of the profession. The study recommended the necessity to work on the development of courses and field training program.
تعتبر القواعد أساسا اللغة و نظرا للدور الكبير الذي تلعبه في عملية تعليم و تعلم اللغة الفرنسية فقد جذبت اهتمامنا لضرورة إلقاء الضوء على صعوبات تدريس هذه المادة. سنتعرف في هذا البحث على صعوبات التعليم التي يتعرض لها طلاب السنة الأولى في قسم اللغة الفر نسية في جامعة تشرين, و خاصة فيما يتعلق بصعوبات تعليم مادة القواعد. ثم سنلقي الضوء على الأسباب المتعددة و المختلفة لهذه الصعوبات. و لن ننسى كذلك دور المدرسة و لا سيما تأثير التربية المدرسية على طلابنا الجامعيين. كما أننا سنعرض نتائج البحث بعد اجراء استبيان على طلابنا في السنة الأولى حيث سيعبرون بطريقتهم عن الصعوبات التي صادفتهم اثناء تلقيهم محاضرات مادة القواعد. و سنقدم في نهاية بحثنا بعض المقترحات التي تسعى إلى تذليل هذه الصعوبات و الى تطوير أسلوب تعليم مادة القواعد في قسم اللغة الفرنسية .
