The educational process at universities affected many of the physical ,human and administrative factors ,and to determine the extent of the impact of each of these factors in the educational process to reflect the efficiency, It is considered a ver y difficult process .In order to achieve output of higher education , we have to stand at the level of the educational process efficiency and performance in universities, because it is affected by many of the physical , human and administrative factors . which invited us to devise a quantitative method for evaluating and measuring the educational process efficiency and performance in school undergraduate courses. By arranging different success rates, as well as through special test success rates in the decision, and the results that were obtained: 1-Devise mathematical relationship to measure the educational process efficiency and performance through the installation of the proportion of applicants and the proportion of the general success and the success rate for in decision. 2-Devise mathematical relationship to measure the educational process efficiency and performance in courses through the test of the success rate for in decision. 3-The crisis experienced by the country has reversed dramatically and negatively educational process efficiency and performance in courses in different years, and according to the scientific departments.
Changes in the business environment have created a perceived need for more creative individuals in the accounting profession. The study aimed to present evidence about the students' perceptions of accountancy profession and accountant work from th e faculty of Economics at Tishreen university, identify the factors that influence these perceptions, and find out the students' perceptions of the status of accounting profession according to the society's view. The study found that students hold a traditional view of accounting profession considering it boring, fixed, compliance driven, precise, and solitary. The students considered university lecturers and subjects as the main factors that influence their perception of accounting profession and the work of accountant. They believe that society evaluates the accounting profession as being a good one, but to a lesser degree than most other professions The results indicate that if the professional accounting bodies want to be successful in attracting students to accounting profession, it must seek to corporate with educational institutions to influence students' perceptions .

The present study aims to evaluate the Kindergarten program used by the Faculty of Education at Tishreen University from the viewpoint of fourth-year students. The two researchers followed the descriptive approach. The study subject, which is a quest ioner, has been distributed to a random sample of seventy female students. The study was done in November 2014. The arithmetic mean and relative weights were used to analyze the given data. The study has determined the most important and useful courses in the light of what the survey respondents have decided. The importance of the applied practical courses has prevailed over the theoretical ones. The study has indicated that the current teaching and evaluation methods have got an average rate according to the concerned female students. The current teaching techniques and aids have been assessed as weak, with fairly good satisfaction of the available administrative services. However, the most prominent point of strength in the program was its field training. The study recommended the following: the necessity of emphasizing the practical aspect; fostering the use of teaching techniques and aids; improving teaching methods as well as the evaluation methods used in the program.
تمحورت مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤل الآتي: ما هو واقع جودة التعليم الإلكتروني في كلية الاقتصاد بجامعة تشرين،. كما هدفت الدراسة إلى الآتي: بيان مفهوم التعليم الالكتروني ودرجة انتشار ثقافته بين طلبة الدراسات العليا في كلية الاقتصاد، وتحديد درجة استخدام أعض اء الهيئة التدريسية في كلية الاقتصاد بجامعة تشرين للتعليم الالكتروني، تحديد مدى توفر البرمجيات اللازمة للتعليم الالكتروني ودرجة استخدامها من قبل أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كلية الاقتصاد بجامعة تشرين، وبيان واقع البنية التحتية الالكترونية في كلية الاقتصاد بجامعة تشرين. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تم دراسة وتحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS ، وبعد تحليل البيانات توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها الآتي: انخفاض في قدرة الطلاب على التعامل مع التعلم الإلكتروني، وانخفاض في قدرة أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في تطبيق التعليم الالكتروني، وانخفاض في سوية جودة البنية التحتية والبرمجيات الالكترونية اللازمة للتعليم الالكتروني، وانخفاض في الجودة الإدارية للتعليم الالكتروني في جامعة تشرين من وجهة نظر طلاب الدراسات العليا.
