اهتم الإسلام بالتفاعل الاجتماعي بين أفراده، فحث على التزاور وصلة الأرحام و عيادة المريض، و في بحثي هذا وضحت ما جاء من الأحاديث حول الصبر على المرض و ما لذلك من الثواب و المغفرة، و ما جاء في عيادة المريض و آدابها و أصولها و فضلها و ما وعد الله عليها م
ن الأجر، و إن
عيادة المرضى لا تختص بالمسلمين بل ممكن أن تكون للمشركين و أهل الذمة، و ممكن أن تكون بين النساء و الرجال إن أمنت الفتنة، و أن العيادة قد تكون للصغار كما للكبار و للمغمى عليه و غيرهم، و وضحت أثر الدعاء في الشفاء، و أنه وسيلة للتداوي كالعقاقير و غيرها.
القرآنيون _كما يحبون أن يسموا _ فرقة تدعي أن الإسلام هو القرآن وحده، و أن السنة
و في الحقيقة أنهم أبعد ، النبوية إنما هي مرحلة تاريخية خاصة بمن كان في عصر الرسول
الناس عن هذا المصطلح، و من هؤلاء المهندس د. محمد شحرور الذي يدعي بعد أن تكلم ما تكلم
عن القرآن و السنة أنه محب لله و لرسوله.. على عادتهم كما فعل أشياعه من قبل الطبيب توفيق
صدقي و غيره.
تعالج هذه الدراسة قضية تنمية الأموال و استثمارها في القرآن الكريم، ببيان مفهوم
الاستثمار للأموال، و النظر في المجالات التي عرضها القرآن لذلك من تجارة و زراعة و صناعة
و استغلال للثروة الحيوانية و الثروة المائية و قطاع النقل، و الاطلاع على السبل التي أرشد إليها
القرآن لحماية هذه الاستثمارات.
In the past years, I have been actively promoting the civil marriage project
This promotion was dominated by the (non-scientific) propaganda method, which aims to polish and market the idea of civil marriage. Until the matter became confusing for
many people, including those who possessed their faith belief, and practiced their religious commitment in the
practical side.
Perhaps the reason for this confusion is - in addition to what we have mentioned of the promotional and propaganda method - the failure of these people to pay attention to the fact that the drafts of the Civil Marriage Law - and those laws in force in many countries - are in clear and equal violation of what is stated in the Noble Qur’an, and the Sunnah of the Prophet (p. ) and his capacity (peace be upon them), and that it depends on a set of justifications and compelling reasons that involve more than weakness, so that it does not withstand the
Criticism and analysis.
Hence, it was useful to initiate a comparative study between the sources of legislation in Islam (the Qur’an and the Sunnah..) in their relevant texts.
