هدفت الدراسة تعرّف مدى رضا طالبات رياض الأطفال عن برنامج إعدادهن بما يتضمنه من مقررات دراسية و أعضاء هيئة تدريسية و تدريب ميداني, و انعكاس ذلك كله على اتجاهاتهنّ نحو ممارسة مهنة المربية. اعتمدت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي، حيث تم توزيع أداة الدراسة و هي استبانة على عينة عشوائية مؤلفة من (70) طالبة, استخدمت المتوسطات الحسابية و الأوزان النسبية لتحليل البيانات. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة رضاً متوسطاً عن البرنامج بشكل عام و كذلك عن المقررات الدراسية و أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية و التدريب الميداني. كما بينت وجود تكرار في محتوى المقررات الدراسية بدرجة عالية و بالتالي الترابط بينها جاء بنسبة متوسطة, إلا أنها مع ذلك تمكنت من تنمية الكفايات الضرورية لممارسة المهنة و بدرجة عالية. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود علاقة دالة احصائياً بين رضا الطالبات عن المقررات الدراسية و التدريب الميداني، و اتجاهاتهنّ نحو ممارسة المهنة, بالمقابل وجود علاقة دالة احصائياً بين رضاهنّ عن أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية و البرنامج بشكل عام و اتجاهاتهنّ نحو ممارسة المهنة. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل على تطوير المقررات الدراسية و التدريب الميداني.
The study aimed to know the degree of satisfaction of students on their kindergarten prepare program, included courses, teachers and field training. And to know its impact on their trend towards the exercise of governess profession. The researchers adopted a descriptive approach. The study tool – which is a questionnaire - was distributed on a random sample of (70) students. The averages and the relative weights were used for data analysis. The results of the study showed an average satisfaction of the program in general, as well as courses, faculty teachers and field training. It’s also showed a high degree of presence of a recurrence in the content of courses. Therefore their correlation was at an average rate, but -nonetheless- they managed to develop essential skills to practice the profession in a high degree. The study results also showed a lack of statistically significant relationship between student satisfaction of courses and field training, and their trends towards the exercise of the profession. On the other hand there was a statistically significant relationship between satisfaction on the teachers of the faculty and the program in general, and their trends towards the exercise of the profession. The study recommended the necessity to work on the development of courses and field training program.

The present study aims to evaluate the Kindergarten program used by the Faculty of Education at Tishreen University from the viewpoint of fourth-year students. The two researchers followed the descriptive approach. The study subject, which is a quest
ioner, has been distributed to a random sample of seventy female students. The study was done in November 2014. The arithmetic mean and relative weights were used to analyze the given data. The study has determined the most important and useful courses in the light of what the survey respondents have decided. The importance of the applied practical courses has prevailed over the theoretical ones. The study has indicated that the current teaching and evaluation methods have got an average rate according to the concerned female students. The current teaching techniques and aids have been assessed as weak, with fairly good satisfaction of the available administrative services. However, the most prominent point of strength in the program was its field training. The study recommended the following: the necessity of emphasizing the practical aspect; fostering the use of teaching techniques and aids; improving teaching methods as well as the evaluation methods used in the program.
The study aimed to get acquainted with the situation of field training in the
department of kindergartens in the faculty of Education at Tishreen University, and this
training role in giving female students the necessary skills to practice the care

competencies by the students of the fourth year - the teacher of the first cycle of basic
education- in the course of practical education, and to investigate the impact of s

secondary certificate on this degree. To achieve that, the researcher used the descriptive
approach, and prepared a questionnaire for the educational competencies containing (42)
sections divided into three axes (planning, implementation and evaluation), as it was
ascertained validity and reliability, and distributed to a sample of (102) students of the

competencies in a high degree, and that male students engage in the educational

The researcher suggested the designing and implementing training programs for the
development of evaluation adequacy among students in the faculties of education.
