The study aimed to know the degree of satisfaction of students on their kindergarten prepare program, included courses, teachers and field training. And to know its impact on their trend towards the exercise of governess profession. The researchers adopted a descriptive approach. The study tool – which is a questionnaire - was distributed on a random sample of (70) students. The averages and the relative weights were used for data analysis. The results of the study showed an average satisfaction of the program in general, as well as courses, faculty teachers and field training. It’s also showed a high degree of presence of a recurrence in the content of courses. Therefore their correlation was at an average rate, but -nonetheless- they managed to develop essential skills to practice the profession in a high degree. The study recommended the necessity to work on the development of courses and field training program.

The present study aims to evaluate the Kindergarten program used by the Faculty of Education at Tishreen University from the viewpoint of fourth-year students. The two researchers followed the descriptive approach. The study subject, which is a quest ioner, has been distributed to a random sample of seventy female students. The study was done in November 2014. The arithmetic mean and relative weights were used to analyze the given data. The study has determined the most important and useful courses in the light of what the survey respondents have decided. The importance of the applied practical courses has prevailed over the theoretical ones. The study has indicated that the current teaching and evaluation methods have got an average rate according to the concerned female students. The current teaching techniques and aids have been assessed as weak, with fairly good satisfaction of the available administrative services. However, the most prominent point of strength in the program was its field training. The study recommended the following: the necessity of emphasizing the practical aspect; fostering the use of teaching techniques and aids; improving teaching methods as well as the evaluation methods used in the program.

This research aimed to measure the degree of the practicing of educational competencies by the students of the fourth year - the teacher of the first cycle of basic education- in the course of practical education, and to investigate the impact of s ex, and secondary certificate on this degree. The current study aimed to explore the attitudes of student teachers in the Faculty of Education - Kuwait University and the College of Education Hassakeh – Furat University towards their profession for the future.
