In the past years, I have been actively promoting the civil marriage project This promotion was dominated by the (non-scientific) propaganda method, which aims to polish and market the idea of civil marriage. Until the matter became confusing for many people, including those who possessed their faith belief, and practiced their religious commitment in the practical side. Perhaps the reason for this confusion is - in addition to what we have mentioned of the promotional and propaganda method - the failure of these people to pay attention to the fact that the drafts of the Civil Marriage Law - and those laws in force in many countries - are in clear and equal violation of what is stated in the Noble Qur’an, and the Sunnah of the Prophet (p. ) and his capacity (peace be upon them), and that it depends on a set of justifications and compelling reasons that involve more than weakness, so that it does not withstand the Criticism and analysis. Hence, it was useful to initiate a comparative study between the sources of legislation in Islam (the Qur’an and the Sunnah..) in their relevant texts.

The purpose of the research is to identify the trends of university youth towards
civil marriage, and to know the extent of the influence of some factors such as education
and the presence of civil marriage cases within the large family in the acce
ptance of young
people to the idea of associating a life partner from outside their religion or doctrine. Did
legislation in both Christian and Islamic religions hindered this type of marriage? And to
what extent does the media play the role in accepting or rejecting the idea?
The researcher designed a questionnaire that was applied to a sample of 30 students
from the Department of Sociology at Tishreen University.
The results of the study show the following:
It was found that there is acceptance of the idea of civil marriage by a large part of
the sample studied but they prefer and encourage religious marriage, and that the education
and study at the university and the social environment play a large role in accepting this
type of marriage. It turns out that a large proportion of the sample find that the media plays
a large role in accepting the idea of civil marriage, and that religious legislation plays a
major role in the alienation of society from this kind of marriage.
There are many views on the question of the logic and mechanisms of historical
development of human society; visions and answers vary, to the extent of total conflict
sometimes, on other issues that relate organically to the first question, perhaps
the most
prominent of which is the general picture of the historical evolution diagram, Sequentially
spherical stages, as well as the question of the so-called nation or the multiple nations that
alternately lead the ship of the evolution of human society in general. This is where the
sharp contrast between the two theories of the so-called equal evolution and the unequal
historical evolution as a problem from which the research begins and ends with emphasis
on the credibility of the last thesis and on highlighting a large and dangerous part of the
ideological manipulation and blindness of the first thesis. The latter, which is one of the
moss serious thesis of European orientalism and the pervasive wooden understanding of the
original thought of Marxist origin.

The last few decades witnessed the rise of new approaches or frameworks in the
study of International relations. These new approaches are called post positivism.
Most of these approaches share a common view regarding the positivist theories
which
dominated international relations and political science for more than sixty
years. The new directions criticize the methodology and the epistemological and
ontological assumptions of positivism. In this paper we try to evaluate the
contribution of the positivist theories in international relations and the arguments of
the new approaches, mainly Critical theory, post-modernism and social
constructivism.
This research aims at studying three poems written by Almu’tamed
Bin Abad when he was in a prison. It studies the role of language and
music in building the structure of the poems. Both language and music
reflect an agreement between the form and
the content of these poems. As
a result, a poetic sense of the poems, that Abn Abad written when he was

What we see today in our streets is the growing neglect of this important social space, through the neglect of basic components, and narrowing down its function by transferring it from a meeting place for communication and movement to something to pass by. The most important manifestations of neglect is the way to deal with these items in terms of design, manufacturing and maintenance. It is known that any defect or failure in any of these items means making it out of service, and turning it into an obstacle in the street rather than an element whitch nourishes the place and serves the pedestrians.
