This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of a computer program designed by PowerPoint to teach second grade's students science. It also aims to promote the principle of the integration of technology in education , in addition to showing how to use computer software in teaching science. The sample of the research consisted of (100) students from the second grade , and it was divided into two groups : an experimental group consisted of (50) students who will be taught by using the computer program, and a control group consisted of (50) students who will be taught by the usual methods. The research tools were a pre-post test and a computer program designed by PowerPoint that deals with several issues of second grade's science. And the results were as follows : 1- The effectiveness of the computer program in teaching science, where the results of the experimental group -that were taught by using the computer program- were higher than the results of the control group -that were taught by the usual ways. 2- There is no effect of the students' genus in their results after learning with the computer program . 3- The results of the rural students were higher than the city students ones , after using the computer program in teaching.

The current research aims to know the effectiveness of using the suggested computerized interactive programs of the students achievements through designing a learning computerized Unit in science and know its effectiveness in helping the students o f fourth primary grade to gain the basic concepts of the five senses, and to achieve this goal a computerized learning program was designed, educational achievement test and an attitudes questionnaire was designed, and the computerized program was applied on two schools (Ibrahim Hanano & Ammar Hassan) from the first cycle schools in Damascus Al-Muhajreen area, and the number of sample members was (74) pupils. The results showed that the suggested learning computerized Unit is effective in helping the students to improve the basic concepts of the five senses, and there was a difference statistically significant between the mean scores of students in the control group (male/ female) and average grades of students of the experimental group (male/ female) for the benefit of the students of the experimental group, in addition to a difference statistically significant between the average grades of students of the control group and the average grades of students of the experimental group due to the variable of method of education for the benefit of the experimental group, and the results showed that 88.24% of students of the fourth primary grade attitudes were positive toward the learning computerized Unit, with no difference between the students attitudes depending on the sex variable, also the results showed that there is no correlating relationship with significant statistical between the fourth grade pupils marks in the achievement test and their marks in the attitudes questionnaire. And one of the most important research proposals was the necessity to cares about the using of computerized interactive educational programs and the employment of it in the educational process and that's for its impact on the achievement and direction.
This study aimed at investigating the effect of a computerized programme on changing alternative concepts in science among second intermediate grade students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in “motion and sound units”. A puroseful sample of (90) st udents was selected and students were randomly assigned to two groups: the experimental group which was taught “motion and sound” by the computerized programme, and the control group which was taught the same two units by the traditional method.

It adopts an experimental method. The sample consisted of (68) pupils from the first grade of basic schools in Jableh City, randomly selected during the first semester (2012/2013). To collect the data we used achievement test to measure the effectiveness of educational games in the development of some scientific concepts by students of the experimental group. Results revealed that there were differences between the averages of the experimental group and the control group averages. Students of the experimental group were more successful than control group. There were no differences between male and female experimental group. Results also demonstrated higher average grades by students in the experimental group in the past-test compared to their averages in pre-test. The research recommends use of educational games on different materials and for different grades. This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of suggested program in providing skills of designing the electronic exams by QuizCreator . The sample consists of 50 teachers of first stage teachers in Jablah, and it has been selected deliberat ely from teachers who can use computer well. The tools represent a pre-post performance test with review list, a training program about skills of designing electronic exams by QuizCreator, and a questionnaire, the results were the following: (1) The effectiveness of the training program, where the teachers got higher degrees in the post performance test. (2) The preeminence of teachers who their experience is less than 5 years over other teachers in the sample in the post test, and their opinions were more positive about the program. (3) The preeminence of college graduated teachers over those of institutes in the pre-performance test, and their opinions were more positive about the program.
