The research aims to make known the psychology and sociology effects of stresses of teaching professional on teachers in first episode from basic learning , and known the correlation between teachers according to the variables (family position , and teaching experience in learning). The research adopted the descriptive method, by the questionnaire it has been used to collect the facts and the data from sample includes(100 ) teachers in Damascus city schools. The questionnaire includes( 33 ) term , ( 19) from them about psychology effects and( 14) from them about social effects . There are positive correlation relationship between opinions of sample members about psychology and social effects, according to variable of tamily position(married, non married)Coefficient Correlation ( 91,69-79V33). There are positive correlation relationship between opinions of sample members about psychology effects, according to variable of experience years. (ten year and less, more than ten years ), Coefficient Correlation ( 72,63). There are negative correlation relationship between opinions of sample members about social effects, according to variable of experience years. (ten year and less, more than ten years), Coefficient Correlation ( 11,88).

This research aimsto know the severity ofpsychological stressina sample of firstlevel teachers(the first cycle) in Jablehand to know if there are any statistically significant differences according to gender,marital status and experience. The sampl e of the research consisted of (60) teachers (males and females). They have been chosen bya simple random way. To achieve the researcher's aims, the researcher used(Psychological Stress Scale) which was prepared by Dr.RiadAl_aassmi. To answer the questions of the research, the means and standarddeviations were extracted and applied One Way ANOVA.Theresults revealed that psychological stress on the teachers was moderate and that there were no statistically significant differences between teachers due to gender, marital statusand experience. The results also revealed that the major dimensions that affect teachers weresocial and psychological stress.
The study aimed at identifying the degree of availability of the skills of the educational technology of the teachers of the grade in the basic education stage (the first episode) in the schools of Damascus governorate. The difference between the average scores of the responses of the individuals in the research sample is based on the identification of the skills of the education technology according to the variables (gender, educational qualification, number of years of experience). The study sample consisted of (388) teachers and teachers who were randomly selected during the first semester of the academic year (2016/2017).

This research aims to recognize the role of the educational supervisor in overcoming the problems which face the first episode teachers of basic learning , and present some solutions which help to solve these problems and determine the differences among teachers opinions in the roles which the supervisors must do to help them in overcoming their problems according to the varieties of ‘‘sex, scientific qualification , years of experience in teaching, and the training sessions.’’ To achieve these aims, the research followed the descriptive analytic approach, A questionnaire consisted of (45) items was prepared, applied on as ample consisted of (851) teachers the first episode in Damascus schools in the year (2014-2015),The resulted showed the most problems which the role of the educational supervisor is effective are the class problems, but the role of the educational supervisor was substandard in overcoming the psychological problems. The results also showed significance statistic variances among the teachers appreciations average according to the roles which the educational supervisors perform in overcoming the problems of the first episode teachers in basic learning according to the varieties of “sex, scientific qualification, years experience in teaching, and training sessions.
The study aimed to identify the main obstacles to effective communication in the classroom from the view point of class teachers in addition to knowing the difference between the views of the teachers of the class in relation to the obstacles of e ffective communication depending on the study variables (sex .qualification of education, teaching experience and that from the view point of class teachers in schools of the First Cycle Of basic education of governorate Damascus.
