This research aims at present to detect the correlation between the Psychological Alienation and the self-esteem, as well as to detect differences between the average scores students, undergraduate and graduate, at the scale of psychological Alienati on and a measure of self-esteem among faculty members according to the following varieties: (Nationality-level of education) among the students of the city of the Martyr Basil al-Assad in Damascus. To achieve this goal, the following tools have been used: Questionnaire to Measure the Psychological Alienation, prepared by Ragdaa Naaisa (2012); and a questionnaire to measure the phenomenon of Self-esteem by Gaafer (2007). This research aims to study teacher's emotional intelligence and its role inprofessional adjustment. The research problem was represented in the following main question: what is the relationship between emotional intelligence and professional adjustm ent of First Grades Teachers in primary schools? The sample of this research was consisted of (250) teachers (male and female)from the teacher of the first Grades in primary schools in Lattakia. They are chosen randomly from the following schools :(Saker Quraish, Al-eshterakia, Anes Abass,Kohnenas, NaderJrad, Fares Sbeikh, Al-shareef Al-Radee, Al-earaby, Yoseef Fares, SaleemOmran). A combination of scale was used in this research including ascale of emotional intelligence of (FarokOthmam and Mohamed Abdul Samea),and a scale of professional adjustment of (Hyou.MBel).
The study aimed at defining the quality standards of the school building based on the requirements of the curricula developed in the first cycle of basic education. The degree of importance of these standards is considered from the point of view o f the teachers of the first cycle of basic education. 3621). A sample of (188) teachers was selected.
This research aim to identify therole of teachers in enhance the health awareness concepts to First Cycle Schools of Basic Teaching in Tartous City , and exploration the effect the variables (gender, educational qualification, experience) about the Role of Teachers in enhance the Health Awareness concepts to First. To achieve the object of the research a questionnaire has been included (25) methods, then applied to a sample of (304) teachers for the academic year 2016/2017. The present research used the descriptive analytical approach. Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff of educational at Tishreen University. Pilot sample consisted of (36) teachers, Reliability was established by Cronbach – Alpha Reliability at least (0.914), and (0.946) at Spearman-Brown. The research ended up with the following results: The Role of Teachers in enhance the Health Awareness concepts First Cycle Schools of Basic Teaching in Tartous City was middle degree. Also No statistically significant differences regarding the role of teachers in enhance the health awareness concepts to First Cycle Schools of Basic Teaching in Tartous City according to (gender, experience), but there are statistically significant differences regarding according to (educational qualification). Among these suggestions having intensive training courses of teachers in the Health education programs, and raising the level of Health Awareness to students.
