The research has intended to identify the economic impact of
Livestock Development project, which pursued small raisers in the
middle region, A class random sample was used to include (11)
villages from Homs governorate and (2) villages from Hama
governorate. This sample actually contained (75) beneficiaries of
project by taking percentage (12%) from total number of the
beneficiaries, whereas total number of the beneficiaries' project was
(613) as from the beginning of the project till the end of 2015.

This research aims to study the impact of investment surpluses in General
Organization for Social Insurance on economic development by analyzing the role of
investment and its effect in all investments in Syria, then we study the impact of
investments revenues on GDP .
The main finding of the research was the significantly role of investment the
surpluses in increasing the average of investments in Syria, and the significantly and
strongly relationship between the investment of the surpluses in General Organization for
Social Insurance and all investments in Syria, and there is significantly and strongly
relationship between the revenue of that investment and GDP, which means the positive
effect of that investments on economic development in Syria.
Recently, knowledge-based economy became a controversial issue among economists. As many of them consider knowledge to be the only way to maximize competitiveness, others see that knowledge has negative impacts, which would lead to other than that.
This study attempted to show the impact of knowledge on technology and economic and human development in Syria. Pointing out the positives and negatives in a theoretical framework. sometimes, demonstrating and sometimes, depending on the situations of certain other countries.
The insurance sector (Commercial or Takaful) has an important role in the national economy. It supports and contributes in improving the economy and the economic development.
This study compares between commercial insurance and takaful, and their im
pact on economic development. In this study we try to define the similarities and the differences between commercial insurance and takaful, and the effect on economic development, trying to reach applicable objective recommendations that contributes to the insurance sector in Syria and helps insurance companies to do the best in supporting the national economy and the economic development.

goods. However, the manufacturing of the raw phosphate products is still
under the requested demand which requi
res importing to reimburse the
shortage in spite of the fact that the raw materials are exported in a very
low additional cost.
The search aims to identifying the geographic distribution of Phosphate
in Syria and the possibility of investing it, identifying its characteristics
and its economic value, coefficient of correlation between production and
consumption, and observing the future horizons of a rational investment
in it.
