Knowledge Grounded Conversation Models are usually based on a selection/retrieval module and a generation module, trained separately or simultaneously, with or without having access to a gold' knowledge option. With the introduction of large pre-trai ned generative models, the selection and generation part have become more and more entangled, shifting the focus towards enhancing knowledge incorporation (from multiple sources) instead of trying to pick the best knowledge option. These approaches however depend on knowledge labels and/or a separate dense retriever for their best performance. In this work we study the unsupervised selection abilities of pre-trained generative models (e.g. BART) and show that by adding a score-and-aggregate module between encoder and decoder, they are capable of learning to pick the proper knowledge through minimising the language modelling loss (i.e. without having access to knowledge labels). Trained as such, our model - K-Mine - shows competitive selection and generation performance against models that benefit from knowledge labels and/or separate dense retriever.
GPT-3 shows remarkable in-context learning ability of large-scale language models (LMs) trained on hundreds of billion scale data. Here we address some remaining issues less reported by the GPT-3 paper, such as a non-English LM, the performances of d ifferent sized models, and the effect of recently introduced prompt optimization on in-context learning. To achieve this, we introduce HyperCLOVA, a Korean variant of 82B GPT-3 trained on a Korean-centric corpus of 560B tokens. Enhanced by our Korean-specific tokenization, HyperCLOVA with our training configuration shows state-of-the-art in-context zero-shot and few-shot learning performances on various downstream tasks in Korean. Also, we show the performance benefits of prompt-based learning and demonstrate how it can be integrated into the prompt engineering pipeline. Then we discuss the possibility of materializing the No Code AI paradigm by providing AI prototyping capabilities to non-experts of ML by introducing HyperCLOVA studio, an interactive prompt engineering interface. Lastly, we demonstrate the potential of our methods with three successful in-house applications.

The industrial sector is considered one of the most important sectors leading to economic growth and development in all countries, and government policies, especially economic ones, are not limited to provisions and decisions aimed at providing the necessary components for the continued role and growth of this sector. Since there are rarely industrial projects based on their own sources. Hence, this research discussed the role played by the credit granted to this sector in the form of loans and advances in activating the movement of investments in it and how this reflected on production and its contribution to the output in order to achieve these goals, the analytical descriptive approach was adopted. The MATLAB program was also used to find the relationship between the research variables. The research revealed the weakness of the funding provided to this sector compared to the other sectors. This led to the weak role played by the credit granted to the industrial sector in spite of the strong correlation between the variables of investment and industrial production. The study deals with the situation of the Syrian Arab Republic during the period 1980-2010.
The research was conducted in village Habbet in Hafa (Lattakia region) 300 meters above sea level during the period of 2016-2017 the plant material of the research is red cabbage Ruby King F1 hybrid in order to study the effect of planting date on growth and productivity of red cabbage. The study consisted of five different planting dates during the med of May, June, July, August and ,September months The completely randomized block design was used with four replications and twenty plants in replication . The study contains indicators: )leaf surface area, shape, volume, solidity and weight of cabbage heads, inner stem length, total and marketable yield, percentage of marketable yield and content of vitamin C) The results showed that planting treatment during August and September gave the superior results with significant difference in vegetative and productive indicators: leaf surface area, solidity and weight of cabbage heads, total yield )3394.8، 3654( kg/d respectively, marketable yield and percentage of marketable yield. While The planting during May, June, July was superior on content of vitamin C which was respectively (99.58, 98.68, 97.82 ( ml/100g with significant difference.
There are many views on the question of the logic and mechanisms of historical development of human society; visions and answers vary, to the extent of total conflict sometimes, on other issues that relate organically to the first question, perhaps the most prominent of which is the general picture of the historical evolution diagram, Sequentially spherical stages, as well as the question of the so-called nation or the multiple nations that alternately lead the ship of the evolution of human society in general. This is where the sharp contrast between the two theories of the so-called equal evolution and the unequal historical evolution as a problem from which the research begins and ends with emphasis on the credibility of the last thesis and on highlighting a large and dangerous part of the ideological manipulation and blindness of the first thesis. The latter, which is one of the moss serious thesis of European orientalism and the pervasive wooden understanding of the original thought of Marxist origin.
This research aims to conduct a descriptive and econometric analysis of the costs functions of rain fed barley in the first, second and third stabilization zones in Al - Hasakah governorate, and to determine the optimum sizes for production and th e profit-maximizing size. Data were collected through a questionnaire for rain fed barley farmers in the study area for the average season (2015 / 2016-2016 / 2017).
The aim of the research is to determine the effect of the training programs on reducing production costs. The result is that increasing the training courses of the workers leads to reduction Production costs by reducing the number of units in the pro duction process. This is explained by the data obtained from the training records and the production cost , The study concluded that the number of participants in the training courses is small compared to the size of the factory. The most important recommendations are the need to establish a special section for training and its introduction within the organizational structure of the factory.
The research aims to solve one of the most complex issues of sociology of development and social change, not to mention the dismantling of one of the most important issues of sociology and sociology of culture. The issue of capitalist globalization and its historical stages of development, as well as the question of whether, especially at its new stage of development, it is a global system or global anarchy? Capitalism, by its structural logic, is not an antistatic system; it is a dynamic system open to shifting and shifting historical horizons. They have been deported at various stages, to a large extent, at the level of form or appearance, although they remain captive to content and one structural logic. As such, in the light of the recent results of the research, we have called for serious action to build a truly new world order based on the rules of pluralism, justice and democracy, as another system replacing the world order based on unilateralism, hegemony and dictatorship.
