The research aims to analyse the key issue relating to the management of credit risk in Islamic Banks through the analysis of risk management in the Islamic Bank, the types and formats of Islamic finance risks, the methods used to address those risks and challenges faced by Islamic banks. The problem with the research terms seems that credit activity is one of the most single important key functions offered by the banks, one of the activities profitable and most dangerous, where credit risk arises as a result of the inability of the debtors to meet their obligations in the dates of maturity, and the consequent loss incurred by the bank, and therefore. It is based on the premise of basic research related to the analysis of credit risk management in Islamic banks, to maintain low levels of credit risk. The study concludes that the risk of Islamic modes of financing in the forefront of the risks faced by Islamic banks, so that the activation of the role of risk management in Islamic banks to enable them to understand and identify, measure and address the various risks, and minimize possible.
The export sector is the main driver of the development process of any country and one of the main pillars of its economy, the importance of exports lies in their ability to create new jobs, reform the deficit in the balance of payments, and attract private investment, both domestic and foreign then they help achieve sustained growth rates. They are also the most important sources of foreign exchange, and without export the economy fails to develop and unemployment increases. This research studies the evolution of Syrian trade balance during the period 2000 – 2010. Results show that the balance of trade suffered a deficit between (2004-2010). exports were much lower than imports. Oil exports and their impact on total exports and on the Syrian economy in general as well as agricultural exports and their share in total exports were also analyzed using Hirschman Index.
The insurance sector (Commercial or Takaful) has an important role in the national economy. It supports and contributes in improving the economy and the economic development. This study compares between commercial insurance and takaful, and their im pact on economic development. In this study we try to define the similarities and the differences between commercial insurance and takaful, and the effect on economic development, trying to reach applicable objective recommendations that contributes to the insurance sector in Syria and helps insurance companies to do the best in supporting the national economy and the economic development.
Private banks began to work with public banks in Syria Under an economic and financial reform plan, As the public banks undertake the task of financing the public sector mainly and receive deposits from it, The private banks largely responsible for f inancing the private sector and increased investment in the private sector to achieve the goals of development, Although the contribution of government banks in the financing of the private sector , but it remains constrained orientations of the monetary authorities and provide support to state institutions, mainly,so, this research studied the role of private banks in the development of investment in the private sector through thevarious types of credit facilities of offered by private banks, we don't found a significant relationship between the credit offered by private banks in Syriaand the size of private investment, which means the weakness of role of these banks to increase investment, the researcher has provided a set of recommendations that will help to find appropriate solutions.

The free zones are the most important economic instruments employed by countries to achieve the development goals, especially. Besides, the free zones play a developmentally and socially positive through polarization and running cheap national labor in it's different levels through job creation. Through comparative analysis approach and reviewing the historical growth, development of free zones and their importance in addition to the importance of investment in Syrian free zones and its success and investment activities on the one hand, and the developmental role of investment activities in the Syrian free zones, on the other hand, this study seeks set of results which the most important of it: - The investment climate in Syrian free zones as a catalyst for foreign and domestic investment. - There is a clear growth in traffic trade. - There is a weak role of Syrian free zones in reducing unemployment in the community.
Investment is a key component of growth, and a key supporter of the development plans, In recent years, the evolution of the developmental role of the General Organization for Social Insurance significantly, through development of the nature of th eir work, and orientation to take advantage of all opportunities to achieve what is in the interest of all beneficiaries on the one hand, and support the development of other plans. This research aims to study the impact of investment surpluses in General Organization for Social Insurance on economic development by analyzing the role of investment and its effect in all investments in Syria, then we study the impact of investments revenues on GDP . The main finding of the research was the significantly role of investment the surpluses in increasing the average of investments in Syria, and the significantly and strongly relationship between the investment of the surpluses in General Organization for Social Insurance and all investments in Syria, and there is significantly and strongly relationship between the revenue of that investment and GDP, which means the positive effect of that investments on economic development in Syria.
The research focuses on the demands on the study of the total investment evolution, agricultural, investment and knowledge of the nature of the changes taking place during the period (2000-2011), and evaluate the performance of the economy and its ability to attract investments from the lack of it, in addition to the analysis of the factors affecting the total investment, agriculture and investment in Syria. Using descriptive and analytical approach, and quantitative analysis of the record, and it was the most important findings: that the annual growth of the net balance of payments is negative rate and the rate of 18.35-%, which will result in the deterioration of its value from year to year, as demonstrated by the total flexibility to function total investment transactions that increase the value of both exports College (x1), and foreign reserves (X3), and the deficit in the state budget (X8) 1% can lead both to increase the total investment by 3.5%, in total flexibility transactions to function agricultural investment showed that the increase in the value of each of the total exports GNP (X2), and foreign reserves (X3), the net balance of payments (X6) 1% can lead both to increase the total investment by 22.3%, and is the former variables of the most important determinants-oriented investment product and agriculture in Syria. Accordingly it requires the Syrian economy in order to increase its investments create the economic climate, and political investment and economic development.
This study aimed to identify the four industrial estates in the Syrian Arab Republic, And knowing the size of expenditure and income for these cities, in addition to the knowledge and the number of licensed projects executed in these cities. And di stribution switches between different types of industries, as well as to study the correlation between the many variables of the study. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. It has also been studying and analyzing the data using the program spss. After analysis of the data shows decline in the number of projects implemented, the lack of correlation between most of the variables of the study, the lack of a clear vision in the cities for the distribution of plots by investment type.
The Legislative Decree NO./8/ 2007 that governs the investment in Syria, is considered one of the latest and the most important legislative decrees that govern investments in Syria. This Legislative Decree is intended to motivate the establishment of different manufacturing enterprises, particularly small and medium size enterprises, which don’t require big investments. However, in reality the results of this legislative decree were unsatisfactory.
