The present study aimed to explore the degree of employment of teachers of the
second cycle of basic education of modern education techniques in education from their
point of view in Damascus, namely Al-Mezzeh. The sample consisted of (186) teacher
s
and teachers (79 teachers and 107 teachers) The study was a questionnaire by the
researcher. The study reached the following results:
1- The degree of employment of modern technologies was a medium.
2-Data show technology ranked highest, followed by computer technology, followed
by Internet technology.
3- There are no differences between the average score of the study sample members
(males, females) in the use of modern technologies.
4- There are no differences between the average grades of the sample of the study
according to the type of school (boys, girls).
The study aimed at identifying the degree of availability of the skills of
the educational technology of the teachers of the grade in the basic
education stage (the first episode) in the schools of Damascus
governorate. The difference between the
average scores of the responses
of the individuals in the research sample is based on the identification of
the skills of the education technology according to the variables (gender,
educational qualification, number of years of experience). The study
sample consisted of (388) teachers and teachers who were randomly
selected during the first semester of the academic year (2016/2017).
The current research targeted to identify the availability of
listening skills among fourth-grade primary students in the city of
Homs. To achieve the research objectives the researcher prepared a
list of listening skills with a total of (32) item
s distributed among
five dimensions (Audio discrimination, understanding of direct
meaning, Deductive reasoning, Evaluating the audio content and
criticism, Creative thinking ).
The research aims to identify the most prominent social skills
development methods among students of the first cycle of basic
education from the teachers ' point of view. To achieve the first
goal, use the T researcher of the descriptive approach, and prepared
a questionnaire consisting of (24) a method for the development of
social skills fall under the three axes.
The study aimed at identifying the need to possess creative teaching
skills in the first cycle of basic education from the point of view of
the teachers. A questionnaire consisting of (26) items applied to a
random sample of the teachers of the first seminar was designed
(115) teachers by 10%.

data, the number of the sample reached (505) teachers.
The research aims to know the standards of cultural identity which
are suitable for students of basic education, and know the degree of
the existence of these standards in the social studies from the point
of view of the teachers of the first cycle of basic education in Hama
city.
The research aims to identify the effective professional
development programs targeted to teachers of the first episode of
primary education¸ also aimed to know the differences between the
average scores of teachers according to the following vari
ables
(gender and Academic qualification), Research sample consisted of
(330) teachers chosen by simple random method, applied the scale
effective professional development programs, and is prepared by
the researcher and after the verification and Reliability.
