هدف البحث إلى تعرف فاعلية برامج التنمية المهنية الموجهة لمعلمي الخلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم, و فيما إذا كانت هناك فروق لدى أفراد عينة البحث في درجة فاعلية برامج التنمية المهنية الموجهة لهم وفقا لمتغيرات ( الجنس و المؤهل العلمي, و تكونت عينة البحث من (330) معلما و معلمة في مدارس مدينة دمشق الرسمية تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة, و طبق عليهم مقياس فاعلية برامج التنمية المهنية, و هو من إعداد الباحث و ذلك بعد التحقق من صدقه و ثباته.
The research aims to identify the effective professional
development programs targeted to teachers of the first episode of
primary education¸ also aimed to know the differences between the
average scores of teachers according to the following variables
(gender and Academic qualification), Research sample consisted of
(330) teachers chosen by simple random method, applied the scale
effective professional development programs, and is prepared by
