The purpose of this research is to develop and use two generalized Rational Models (GRM I,
GRM II), each of which is a realizable mathematical model, not available with other models, and
we will demonstrate its utility and applicability on a large
scale, compared to other ( -shaped)
models, and converging well.

use the imbalance in innovative performance, which is expressed by term the gap between innovation inputs and outputs. The research aims to study the relationship between the classification of countries according to the innovation gap, and between classified according to the components of the general framework of the Global Innovation Index (input, output, efficiency, innovation), and its impacts on the banking sector. To achieve this goal, data has been collecting from the official reports of the Global Innovation Index for 31 international and Arab countries, as well as the first banks and the most innovative ones, which numbered 17 banks. The results showed that the innovation gap does not evaluate the level of innovation in the country, but links to the value of the input and output and efficiency of innovation, also it does not represent an obstacle to the innovation ability in banks.
The research aims to identify the role of organizational culture in the activation of
participation in decision-making in the General Company for the port of Latakia process.

administrative staff at the General Company for the port of Latakia, the research sample
are soft sample of administrative staff totaled (200) administrative workers were
distributed the questionnaire to them and returned them (182) questionnaire is complete

The research aims to study the development of innovations in banking service and
their impact on marketing performance.To achieve this, the researcher used the model of
six dimensions of innovation services to assess marketing performance, and has been
formulated three main hypotheses were tested by Statistical Package for Social Sciences
SPSS V (23) to reach the researcher to several conclusions, including: Bank Bemo
outperform the Commercial Bank of Syria in the degree of innovation strategy adopted
during the crisis, and there is no significant relationship between innovationin services and
marketing performance.so,the researcher has proposed to study the opportunities which are
