The Effect of Practical Lessons Program for the students of Sporting Education Faculty at the First Year On Flexibility (Empirical Research- Selected Sample)

The Flexibility is one of the most important elements of the fitness that must be existed in the player. Because when the players do the movement skills it is required to move the knuckle smoothly to lean all actions and to allow the physical performance to control on the player exposure to injury. The researcher is noticed that at the tests of the college there is a weak in the Flexibility for the students at the first year at Sporting Education College and it is a problem that student can't do the movement skills very well and exposure to injury and difficulties to learn and get skills. That is required extra time and a lot of practice by the teachers so the researcher designs a program to measuring the Flexibility for the students at the first year and to know the effect of this program on it

Open and Closed Design for Arch, Plan and their Effects on the Social Dimension in Administrative Buildings

The research presents a review and analysis of the architectural perspective on this issues with a view to making recommendations that will help produce a sense of intimacy and closeness between personnel working in administrative buildings in order to positively impact their efficiency and productivity. To support this, the researcher will present a critical and analytical study of the central administration building of Al-Baath University, since it can be considered as design product of an administrative buildings that is worthy of a profound descriptive, analytical and critical study. Finally, the research presents results and recommendations that provide employees of the administrative buildings with friendly environment that affects positively their efficiency and products.

Design Flexibility as one of The Most Important Standards for Economic Housing

Constant changes occur to the family requirements of housing with the flowing of time, and these changes are due to the number of its members, their needs , the standard of living the economic conditions , or as a result of increasing technical developments. This implies facing house requirements and applying changes in the number of the house rooms, or the functions of these rooms. So the family either tends to change its house to fit its needs, and that exhausts it socially and financially. They made adapt their house with the family constant needs, and here comes the importance of achieving flexibility as the best economic solution that reduces the value of the house, of it, by providing the efficiency of the best use of the whole spaces. In addition, the role of flexibility is to respond to the social stability of families by the best use of the whole time age of their houses. This research handles the concept of design flexibility as one of the most economic housing standards in the thesis of the most important architects , and goes through steps of applying it in the house functionally and structurally in the designing phase by effective interaction between the designer and the user side by side.

Impact of support and support of senior management on Higher Education Organizations flexibility – Field study on Syrian universities -

The aim of this study was to study the relationship between support and support of senior management and flexibility of higher education organizations. A questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of senior management at Tishreen University, Arab Academy for Science and Technology, Maritime Transport (20), and a second questionnaire on a sample of scientific scientists Each of the two universities amounted to (327) workers. The study concluded that the higher education organizations under study apply the principle of supporting and supporting the senior management well, and the higher education organizations studied the flexibility in an acceptable manner, where all the changes took place, and by relying on the T test for two independent samples using the SPSS program, The impact of supporting and supporting senior management as one of the tools of TQM on flexibility as one of the dimensions of competitive advantage of higher education organizations under study.

The Role Of Technological Vigilance In Achieving Competitive Advantage: Field Study On Syrian Private Commercial Banks

Technological vigilance refers to the search for technological information, constant monitoring of technological changes, the prediction and intelligent control of them before they reach competitors, the questioning of competitors' behavior, technological innovations, the control of business strategies, the knowledge of new consumer desires, In order to have a competitive position in a complex and rapidly changing environment and superior to competitors. The study aims to study the relationship between technological vigilance and competitive advantage in the Syrian private commercial banks, which relate to the following dimensions (cost, flexibility, quality). In order to achieve this, a basic hypothesis has been formulated, with three sub-hypotheses. The researcher used the questionnaire method to collect the data analyzed using statistical tests, the most important of which are the one-sample T. test and the Pearson Correlation. The researcher reached several results, the most important of which is: a strong positive relationship between technological vigilance and competitive advantage in Syrian private commercial banks.
