The research presents a review and analysis of the architectural perspective on this issues with a view to making recommendations that will help produce a sense of intimacy and closeness between personnel working in administrative buildings in order to positively impact their efficiency and productivity. To support this, the researcher will present a critical and analytical study of the central administration building of Al-Baath University, since it can be considered as design product of an administrative buildings that is worthy of a profound descriptive, analytical and critical study. Finally, the research presents results and recommendations that provide employees of the administrative buildings with friendly environment that affects positively their efficiency and products.
This study was conducted at the laboratories of Horticultural Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Damascus University to determine the effect of using three levels of sucrose (10, 30, 50 g /l) on chlorophyll content between healthy and vitrified pl ants of three varieties of Gypsophylla panicolata (Golantwo, Planshnet, Newlove). Results showed superiority of treatment 10 g / l sucrose in reducing vitrification percent to 36.78% compared with 62.57% for control (30 g/l) and with significant differences between varieties. Planshnet was the best variety in chlorophyll content either in healthy or in vitrified plantlets. Moreover, the treatment with sucrose of 10 g/l caused significant increment of chlorophyll content compared with other treatments. The high total chlorophyll content was 17.46 micrograms/ ml in healthy plants compared with 14.26 micrograms / ml in vitrification plants for Planshnet at 10 g/l sucrose.
The purpose of the research is to identify the reality of the practice of transparency in its dimensions: accuracy and honesty in providing information, easy access to information, public information, in the General Company of Lattakia Port, and it s role of reducing the manifestations of administrative corruption represented by: combating bribery and limiting the exploitation of the position. The study was based on the descriptive approach. The research society included all the administrative staff in the general company of Lattakia port. The sample of the research is a soft sample of (200) administrative workers, the questionnaires were distributed to them, 177 (complete questionnaire) (88.5%). The results showed that there is a strong and inverse relation between the commitment to transparency and the reduction of administrative corruption in the company under study. 77.9% of the variation in the reduction of administrative corruption is explained by the commitment to transparency. Contribute to the reduction of the manifestations of administrative corruption in the company under study, and this applies to every dimension of transparency (accuracy and honesty in providing information, accessibility of information, public information).
