This study aimed to answer the following main question: What is the role of kindergarten principals as resident supervisors in improving the performance of parameters from the parameters point of view? In order to achieve the objectives of the st udy, the researcher followed the descriptive approach, and designed a questionnaire consisting of (64) paragraphs divided into four areas: Planning, implementation of teaching, classroom management, evaluation.) The questionnaire was distributed to kindergarten teachers in Homs, (Government and private).
This research aims to definition the importance of Endowing the the Health concepts to Child of Kindergartens from the view point of the Managers and Teachers in Tartous City, also tries to identify the differences in their opinions based on the fo llowing variables: (educational qualification, experience, the functional name). The present research used the descriptive analytical approach. To achieve the object of the research a questionnaire has been included (52) methods, distributed to four areas, then applied to a sample of (254) Kindergarten Managers and Teachers for the academic year 2017/2018. Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff of educational at Tishreen and Tartus Universities. Pilot sample consisted of (36) Kindergarten Managers and Teachers, Reliability was established by Cronbach Alpha Reliability at least (0.944), and (0.983) at Spearman-Brown.

So this descriptive study aimed to assess the information of all kindergartens Teachers in 20 kindergartens using a random sample of cluster method at Lattakia City about communicable diseases and procedures to adjust the spread from 18/3/2015 through 10/5/2015. Data was collected by using a questionnaire developed by the researcher has achieved validity and reliability suitable for the study. Results of the study showed that the level of information level was average about the types of infectious diseases and very good with regard to ways transmission of infectious diseases and environmental factors cause. The study recommended: that the kindergartens administration in collaboration with the health sectors and the Directorate of Education to prepare and plan for health education programs on adjusting and prevent infectious diseases from spreading in kindergartens throughout the study year period and to identify effective strategies for health education.

This research aimed to explore self-efficacy beliefs in science teaching of class teachers, and to investigate whether these beliefs are different among participants according to general secondary school branch and years of teaching experience. The sample consisted of(70)subjects. Science Teaching Efficacy Belief Instrument was used. The results were: The class teachers had positive self-efficacy beliefs in science teaching on the overall scale. There was significant difference between the mean scores of class teachers on the overall scale according to (general secondary school branch , years of teaching experience) in favor of the teachers who studied the scientific branch, and who had (7and less than 11) years of teaching experience, and there was an effective impact of the two variables interaction on self-efficacy beliefs. The research recommended that carrying further researches about the effects of another variables on Self-Efficacy beliefs in science teaching.
