This study aimed at investigating the role of educational supervisor in improving kindergarten teachers' performance in the development of children's language skills from the kindergarten teachers' viewpoint in Jordan. The study sample consisted o f (213) teachers from the educational private directorates in Amman, Mafraq and Irbid. Theresearchers designed a questionnaire that consisted of (36) items that addressed five domains.
This study aimed to answer the following main question: What is the role of kindergarten principals as resident supervisors in improving the performance of parameters from the parameters point of view? In order to achieve the objectives of the st udy, the researcher followed the descriptive approach, and designed a questionnaire consisting of (64) paragraphs divided into four areas: Planning, implementation of teaching, classroom management, evaluation.) The questionnaire was distributed to kindergarten teachers in Homs, (Government and private).

This research aims to identify the reality of the right to participate in the kindergarten of Lattakia, from the viewpoint of the teachers; it also aims to identify the differences in their views about the reality of the right to participate in the kindergarten of Lattakia according to (scientific and educational qualification, years of experience, and training courses). This research adopts the descriptive approach, and it uses a questionnaire that consists of (36) phrases as a tool to collect data from the sample of the research which targets of (230) teachers in the kindergarten of Lattakia (2017- 2018). The results have shown that: 1- Lattakia kindergartens provide children with the right of getting information in the first place, followed by the right of expressing their opinions and listening to them. 2- Kindergartens care about providing different resources in getting information (pictures, books, stories, and others educational aids…). 3- There are statistical differences in the viewpoints of kindergartens teachers in regard to children right in participating in kindergartens, these differences are due to the scientific and educational qualification between post-graduate studies teachers and teachers who hold a diploma in education in favor of master and doctoral degrees teachers. According to training variable, differences came in favor of the teachers who attended training courses in kindergartens.
The present study aims to evaluate the Kindergarten program used by the Faculty of Education at Tishreen University from the viewpoint of fourth-year students. The two researchers followed the descriptive approach. The study subject, which is a quest ioner, has been distributed to a random sample of seventy female students. The study was done in November 2014. The arithmetic mean and relative weights were used to analyze the given data. The study has determined the most important and useful courses in the light of what the survey respondents have decided. The importance of the applied practical courses has prevailed over the theoretical ones. The study has indicated that the current teaching and evaluation methods have got an average rate according to the concerned female students. The current teaching techniques and aids have been assessed as weak, with fairly good satisfaction of the available administrative services. However, the most prominent point of strength in the program was its field training. The study recommended the following: the necessity of emphasizing the practical aspect; fostering the use of teaching techniques and aids; improving teaching methods as well as the evaluation methods used in the program.
