This study aimed at investigating the role of educational supervisor in improving kindergarten teachers' performance in the development of children's language skills from the kindergarten teachers' viewpoint in Jordan. The present study aims to evaluate the Kindergarten program used by the Faculty of Education at Tishreen University from the viewpoint of fourth-year students. The two researchers followed the descriptive approach. The study subject, which is a quest ioner, has been distributed to a random sample of seventy female students.
