The current study aimed to know the roleTopresent study aimed to identify the role of parent councils in activating the relationship between the family and the school from the viewpoint of the first episode parameters. The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical method and the Questionnaire Directed to teachers was used (prepared by the researcher) as a tool for verification of research ُs hypotheses. Therese arch sample has been formed from (60) teachers, which selected randomly from Kindergartens which apply the parent councils in the Directorate of Education of Homs, so the selected teachers were from (26) kindergartens in city Homs., and the results were analyzed using Analysis of Variance Test (ANOVA) and (TTest) to measure the significance of the differences.

The research has aimed to identify the role of school management in maintaining the
relationship between the school and the local community in Homs and knowing the
different responses of teachers participating in the research depending on the two c
riteria
of (sex , years of teaching experience) . The sample consisted of (303) male and female
teachers who have been chosen randomly from the schools of Homs city. The researcher
has followed the Descriptive approach in her survey and she has used a questionnaire kind
of survey as a means to achieve the objectives of the research after it was tested for its
validity and reliability.
The most important findings of the study:
1 –The role of school management in maintaining the relationship between the
school and the local community has been highly evaluated by the teachers of the public
secondary schools in Homs.
2 - There were no statistical significant differences in the average rate of teachers'
responses on the role of school management in maintaining the relationship between the
school and the local community according to the variable of sex.
3– There were statistical significant differences in the average rate of teachers'
responses on the role of school management in maintaining the relationship between the
school and the local community according to the variable of years of teaching experience
for teachers with high record of years of experience.
The purpose of this study is to determine the effective math teacher
attributes from the opinion of students during the crisis, and whether
their estimates vary depending on the sex of the student, the branch
of study and the grade.
The study sam
ple composed of (1020) students of them (440) male
and (580) female, they have selected from five schools of secondary
schools, representing geographic areas of the city of Homs.
The researcher adopted in the study on the tool to collect data, a
questionnaire prepared by the researcher is composed of 45 items
distributed in three dimensions: planning, teaching, classroom
management, and personality traits.
This study aimed to know the degree of the relationship between the
performance of the first cycle of basic education schools managers of
some of the administrative duties and to exercise the degree of skill of
:time management in the city of Homs
, according to several objectives
- Know the effect variable (sex, educational qualification)on the
degree of time management
- know the impact of the variable (sex, educational qualification) ( -
degree in exercise of administrative tasks assigned to school principals.
The objective of the research is to know the situations of merge
schools according to the view of first circle teachers in basic
education in the city of Homs in accordance with the variant of
qualification and years of experience and to find the
suggestion set
by the teachers to develop merge schools.
The sample consists of 20 teacher from the Merge schools .A
questionnaire has been applied by the researcher .the questionnaire
includes 18 items within 3 dimensions .
It has been proved by the appropriate method. The results have
showed no differences among the degrees of the teacher responses
to the questionnaire according to the variant of qualification and
years of experience .
Some suggestions have been set by most teachers about the
situation of merge schools . there suggestions included much
internet in the merge schools concerning the requiems necessary for
the merge process like furniture, teaching means for the students
impairment.
This present study aimed know the availability of some life skills to
children kindergarten from the standpoint of kindergarten teachers,
and parents To achieve this was to prepare a list of life skills
prepared by the researcher, the list include

mother.
