هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الإجابة عن السؤال الرئيس التالي:
ما دور مديرات رياض الأطفال كمشرفات مقيمات في تحسين أداء المعلمات من وجهة
نظر المعلمات ؟
و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي , و قامت بتصميم استبانة مكونة
من ( ٦٤ ) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات هي: (التخطيط, تنفيذ التدريس إدارة الصف
,التقييم) و تم توزيع الاستبانة على معلمات رياض الأطفال في مدينة حمص و البالغ
عددهن ( 999 ) معلمة ( حكومية و خاصة ) .
This study aimed to answer the following main question:
What is the role of kindergarten principals as resident supervisors in
improving the performance of parameters from the parameters point of
view?
In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher followed the
descriptive approach, and designed a questionnaire consisting of (64)
paragraphs divided into four areas: Planning, implementation of teaching,
classroom management, evaluation.) The questionnaire was distributed to
kindergarten teachers in Homs, (Government and private).
