Effective prevention of communicable diseases in kindergartens do not only protect the health of children and staff, but ensure learning heavenly environment to support the healthy development of children. So this descriptive study aimed to assess the information of all kindergartens Teachers in 20 kindergartens using a random sample of cluster method at Lattakia City about communicable diseases and procedures to adjust the spread from 18/3/2015 through 10/5/2015. Data was collected by using a questionnaire developed by the researcher has achieved validity and reliability suitable for the study. Results of the study showed that the level of information level was average about the types of infectious diseases and very good with regard to ways transmission of infectious diseases and environmental factors cause. The study recommended: that the kindergartens administration in collaboration with the health sectors and the Directorate of Education to prepare and plan for health education programs on adjusting and prevent infectious diseases from spreading in kindergartens throughout the study year period and to identify effective strategies for health education.

In recent decades, the number of children in nurseries has increased significantly throughout the world, increasing their exposure to communicable diseases, so this analytical survey study aimed to develop standards for control of communicable dis eases in nurseries at Lattakia and to assess the procedures and practices applied to control these diseases, two groups of elements were used: the first group included thirty experts from different fields and specialties as a committee of arbitrators for the initial standards and the second included 20 nurseries selected from 80 nurseries located in Lattakia using cluster random sampling method, two tools were developed: to initial standards and to assess the procedures and practices applied to control of communicable diseases.
The research aim to identify the level of the performance Education for Kindergartens Care takers in the light of the Necessary competencies limited for them in Lattakia City, and exploration the effect the variables (educational qualification, exp erience, training courses) about in the degree of practicing the performance competencies which required for them. To achieve the object of the research a questionnaire has been included (76) methods, distributed to six areas competencies (Planning, regulation the Class-Room environment, execution, evaluation, personality, sociality), then applied to a sample of (198) Kindergarten care takers for the academic year 2016/2017. The present research used the descriptive analytical approach. Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff of educational at Damascus and Tishreen Universities. Pilot sample consisted of (36) Kindergarten care takers, Reliability was established by Cronbach – Alpha Reliability at least (0.877). The research ended up with the following results, the level of the performance Education for Kindergartens Care takers in the light of the Necessary competencies limited for them in Lattakia City was middle degree. There was no statistically significant differences in the level of the performance for Kindergartens Care takers in the light of the Necessary competencies for them according to (educational qualification, experience), while the results showed significant differences according to training courses). Among these suggestions was the application training programs for Kindergarten care takers for developing performance to raising their duality of performance, and having training courses to Kindergarten care takers.
The research aims at determining the degree of the practice of administrative tasks related to the functions of the management by private kindergarten principals in the areas of: planning, organizing and directing the kindergarten work, and evaluatin g work performance. To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was done . It was distributed for (65) private kindergarten principals in the city of Lattakia, and (59) questionnaires were returned back. The response rate was (90.77%), and relying on appropriate statistical methods, results were as following: 1- This research resulted in a medium degree of the practice the principals of the private kindergarten for the administrative tasks in the field of planning, directing work to the kindergarten and evaluating of the performance. 2- The research also resulted in a high degree of the practice of the private kindergarten principals of the administrative tasks in the field of organizing the work of the kindergarten. 3- The practice of administrative functions by private kindergartens principals are better throughout the coming years of administrative experience and his being a well-qualified principal.
The obesity epidemic in children is a major global burden on public health, with many causes leading to childhood problems that may extend into adulthood. Pediatric nurses are on the front line to assess and manage childhood obesity, and their knowle dge of childhood obesity is at the core of their role in addressing this problem. Therefore, the present descriptive study aimed to evaluate the available sample information of 50 pediatric nurses on childhood obesity in Tishreen University Hospital using a questionnaire developed by the researcher. This study found that the highest percentage of nurses answered correctly about the causes of obesity and its predisposing factors as well as their complications and management procedures. It recommended regular training and education courses for nurses, including the education of parents of children who are predisposed to obesity in nursing procedures, and further research on pediatric nurses' information on childhood obesity and its influencing factors
This research aims to identify the reality of the right to participate in the kindergarten of Lattakia, from the viewpoint of the teachers; it also aims to identify the differences in their views about the reality of the right to participate in the kindergarten of Lattakia according to (scientific and educational qualification, years of experience, and training courses). This research adopts the descriptive approach, and it uses a questionnaire that consists of (36) phrases as a tool to collect data from the sample of the research which targets of (230) teachers in the kindergarten of Lattakia (2017- 2018). The results have shown that: 1- Lattakia kindergartens provide children with the right of getting information in the first place, followed by the right of expressing their opinions and listening to them. 2- Kindergartens care about providing different resources in getting information (pictures, books, stories, and others educational aids…). 3- There are statistical differences in the viewpoints of kindergartens teachers in regard to children right in participating in kindergartens, these differences are due to the scientific and educational qualification between post-graduate studies teachers and teachers who hold a diploma in education in favor of master and doctoral degrees teachers. According to training variable, differences came in favor of the teachers who attended training courses in kindergartens.
