The research has aimed at recognizing the degree of functional satisfaction for kindergarten teacher women in Tartous and Lattakia governorates. It has also aimed at recognition of differences in the level of satisfaction according to four variable s. The research has used the descriptive and analytical method and the specimen has included (180) teacher women of the kindergartens in two governorates. In order to achieve its aims the research has used a questionnaire of four axis and (62) parties representing the functional satisfaction of kindergarten teacher women. The results have indicated that teacher women are satisfied with looking after children, where as they are somewhat satisfied with three axis the results have also shown significant difference in the degree of functional satisfaction according to the variable of the relation attachment- connection of the kindergarten in favor of the public kindergartens, it has also been shown significant differences according to the variable of the social status in favor of single teacher women. There have also been significant difference according to the variable of experience in favor of experienced with less than five years. so, there have been significant difference according to the variable of educational level in favor of teachers with secondary certificates and intermediate institute. finally the research has offered many suggestion.
The research aims to identify the Organizational climate in kindergarten institutions, according to the estimate research sample of employed individuals in the kindergarten level. And the level of creative behavior of kindergarten teachers accordi ng to the estimate research sample of employed individuals in the kindergarten. And examine the relationship between organizational climate and the level of creative behavior of kindergarten teachers. The objective of this study is to observe the opinions degree of directors and teachers toward application acceptability of Montessori Method Goals within public Kindergartens in Damascus province. The specimen of the study represented (128) teache r for academic year 2012 – 1013, and applied them a questionnaire composed of (72) items. And used means, T – Test, ANOVA and Scheffe tests, Reliability was established (0.94), and (0.94) by Cronbach – Alpha. The results indicated that there were various grades between high, medium and weak degree of opinions. On the other hand there were differences attributed to the variables of educational qualification and experience in favor of educational graduates and of those who have more than ten years' experience, whereas there were no differences attributed to the variable of job position. Researcher has suggested several proposals just like to give child a sufficient value to his physical skills, to develop and take care about permanent curious of the child, to enhance the non-centralized initiate of administration to be more flexibility and open minded and constant training for both directors and teachers depending on quality education.
This study aimed at investigating the role of educational supervisor in improving kindergarten teachers' performance in the development of children's language skills from the kindergarten teachers' viewpoint in Jordan. The study sample consisted o f (213) teachers from the educational private directorates in Amman, Mafraq and Irbid. Theresearchers designed a questionnaire that consisted of (36) items that addressed five domains.

The result also shown The effect of job satisfaction on job performance of the sample members. The research presented some of conclusions and proposals, including: provide an emotive and lovely atmosphere for teachers to enable them to perform their tasks to the fullest, and improve the work environment by providing educational equipment and tools to facilitate the work of teaching, as well as conducting similar studies in other educational stages and in other governorate.
