This research aims to definition the importance of Endowing the the Health concepts to Child of Kindergartens from the view point of the Managers and Teachers in Tartous City, also tries to identify the differences in their opinions based on the following variables: (educational qualification, experience, the functional name). The research provided some suggestions such as preparing training programs to train Secondary Schools Managers on Management by Values, also conducting other researches about applying Management by Values theory at Schools.
