Deriving and modifying graphs from natural language text has become a versatile basis technology for information extraction with applications in many subfields, such as semantic parsing or knowledge graph construction. A recent work used this techniq ue for modifying scene graphs (He et al. 2020), by first encoding the original graph and then generating the modified one based on this encoding. In this work, we show that we can considerably increase performance on this problem by phrasing it as graph extension instead of graph generation. We propose the first model for the resulting graph extension problem based on autoregressive sequence labelling. On three scene graph modification data sets, this formulation leads to improvements in accuracy over the state-of-the-art between 13 and 24 percentage points. Furthermore, we introduce a novel data set from the biomedical domain which has much larger linguistic variability and more complex graphs than the scene graph modification data sets. For this data set, the state-of-the art fails to generalize, while our model can produce meaningful predictions.
The goal of this study was to identify the sort of identity and its relation to some personality traits. The study sample consisted of 500 students of second secondary school students in Damascus schools for the academic year 2016-2017. This research aims to study the effect of the organizational structure of the three dimensions(complexity, official, central) on the effectiveness of strategic management at the General Company of Tartous Port, To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was developed to achieve this goal, where the questionnaire was distributed to the research sample of managers (at all levels), The researcher used the descriptive approachin data collection, it was relying on statistical analysis program (spss.20) in its analysis. The researcher found many results such: There is a positive relationship between independent variables ( complexity, official, and central in structure) of the dependent variable (effectiveness of strategic management), the value of the correlation coefficient between independent variables and dependent variable 82% , and coefficient of determination 67%, considering the port is a government company with a large volume and subject to the laws, regulation, and strict instruction. And works in a stable environment . The researcher recommended the need to redesign the organizational structure of the general company of Tartous port to suit the application of strategic management effectively, in addition the promotion of vertical and horizontal organization and informal communications as reflected positively on the workers, and thus the effectiveness of the organization.
Architects at the nineteenth century began to quote from the past architecture models and use them until they reached a modern architecture that has become a way to the face conditions and solve recent problems, At the beginning of the twentieth ce ntury, architects do no longer quote, but rather they contribute to shape the environment, so they dealt with the definition of functional theory, that accompanied the emergence of modern architecture, coupled with the name of the French architect Le Corbusier. Early twenties appeared clearly in the design of interior spaces of official buildings in the city of Damascus, and highlighted the similarities and differences among them. Therefore we study the influence of this theory on the Architectural spaces of the total volume of the building, considered a significant impact in highlighting the needs of these buildings in the rehabilitation process, and we specified the requirements that meet the comfort and utility to take advantage of the characteristics of the architectural features of different spaces, in addition we study the functional relations for these buildings, then select the new architectural elements that have emerged and study the possibility of its optimal position. All this work was within the framework of contributing to the functional design of internal spaces for the official buildings to keep pace with modern requirements and regulations of modern management for such buildings.
The research aims to identify the viewpoint of GCE Students at the official schools in the governorate of Damascus about role that the Educational Satellite Channel in pays Developing the Students, performance and detect whether there were statist ically significant differences between the students of secondary school certificate regarding the role of the Syrian educational satellite channel specialization in developing their performance according to the research variables (sex). This study is conducted on a sample of general secondary students at state schools in the province of Damascus in the academic year 2010 - 2011, which amounted to (280) students.
The Purpose of this study was to examine the Job Performance of the faculty staff at the Jordanian public universities. The sample of the study (n. 77) was randomly selected. A questionnaire of the Job Performance was developed by the researcher a s a measurement instrument. The results of the study indicated that the degree of the Job Performance among the participants was high (3.78). In light of the results, it was recommended that public universities should identify their faculty staff needs and work harder to meet these needs. Public universities should also have an open organizational climate to motivate the faculty staff. Additionally, it was recommended that material, as well as immaterial, incentives be awarded by their institutions as such incentives positively impact the Job Performance.
