في غمرة التحولات الكبيرة التي يشهدها تعليم اللغات الأجنبية في العالم و الاهتمام المتعاظم بالدور المركزي للمتعلم في قبول و استيعاب ما يقدم له من مادة تعليمية، يتم التركيز الآن لدى بناء المناهج اللغوية على تحديد الحاجات الحقيقية للمتعلم ذاته و ليس فقط على حاجة المؤسسة أو المجتمع الذي ينتمي إليه. في هذا الإطار الجديد، سنحاول التعرف هنا على مفهوم الأهداف التعليمية للغات الأجنبية و أهمية تحديدها بشكل عملي و واضح و متناسب مع حاجات المتعلم أولاً، و لاسيما بعدم أن تم إدخال تعديلات عديدة على مناهج تعليم اللغات الأجنبية في بلدنا في السنوات الماضية، راجين المساهمة في تقديم صياغة جديدة لهذه الأهداف و آملين في الوقت ذاته أخذها بالاعتبار في إطار التطوير المرجو لتلك المناهج كي تواكب متطلبات العصر و تستجيب لحاجات المتعلم الثقافية و الاجتماعية المختلفة.

الممكن لمجتمع غير فرانكوفوني كمجتمعنا السوري أن يتممس فعالية هذا النوع من
المواد التربوية.
و بالنتيجة فإننا نستطيع كمدرسين للغة الفرنسية استغلال الإعلانات لإيصال ما هو
ثقافي و
بالتالي تطوير الملكة التبادلية الثقافية عند طلابنا.
يتناول هذا البحث الأوجه المختلفة التي نستطيع تناولها و الاستفادة منها من خلال
استعمال الإعلان في صف اللغة الأجنبية و الذي يكشف عن خصوصية هذا النوع
الخطابي و السيميائي بامتياز.
The lack of labeled training data for new features is a common problem in rapidly changing real-world dialog systems. As a solution, we propose a multilingual paraphrase generation model that can be used to generate novel utterances for a target feat
ure and target language. The generated utterances can be used to augment existing training data to improve intent classification and slot labeling models. We evaluate the quality of generated utterances using intrinsic evaluation metrics and by conducting downstream evaluation experiments with English as the source language and nine different target languages. Our method shows promise across languages, even in a zero-shot setting where no seed data is available.

this research studies the teaching of literary text in the light of
text syntax .So it stops at the concepts of teaching text, and the
criteria of choosing it ,and the need to text
syntax and the
teaching side in the textual concept ,then it presents the practical
sample on that concepts to show its importance in achieving
the communicative textual capacity ,also its importance in
solving some of the teaching problems and basically the
weakness of the students in producing texts .
Since determination of an appropriate age to launch teaching a foreign
language into the national education system is one of the sensitive hard
issues that faces most ministries of education across the globe, this study
contributes to shed lights
on the decision-makers' choice to choose the class
most appropriate to embark on teaching English language in the
governmental Saudi schools. The current study aims to look over the
regional experiences and to examine the views of the four study-population
that directly related to teaching English language in the primary schools,
namely: pupils who were taught English in the public primary schools, their
parents, teachers and English language supervisors from both sexes in the
Saudi primary schools.
