The study aims at defining the reality of educational-management crisis which faces Tishreen University from the view point of the staff and administrative members and at defining the differences in the administrative methods of crisis-management acc ording to these variables (the scientific qualification, the experience, the faculty, and the sort of job). In addition to some suggestions concerning the best Administrative methods of Crisis-management at Tishreen University, and to achieve the objectives of this research, a questionnaire has been applied on a sample of (278) individuals during the academic year of (2014 - 2015). It consisted of (52) statements distributed into five sections (planning of educational management, the process of communication during the crisis, the importance of information in crisis-management, the financial and human abilities which are variable to Crisis management, and the extent of works credibility and their belonging to the University). The validity of the questionnaire was approved depending on some specializers and experts in both the education and economics faculties at Tishreen University. There were (9) referees, the total reliability factor was (0.755). The result of the research proved that the crisis-management at the University was of an average level in addition to statistical significant difference concerning the degree of crisis-management according to the variable of the scientific qualification. It also showed no statistical significant difference according to the variables of experience, the faculty, and the sort of job. The researcher suggested preparing training sessions and specialized workshops in crisis-management at the University to raise some awareness about it.
This research aimed to create a Suggested Imagination to active the roll of the Strategic Planning that the initial stage Schools headmasters in Damascus must use to manage the educational crises in their institution. The research society contain all the initial stage schools headmaster in Damascus City, that they are (316) headmasters, and the research was implicated on a random sample contain (242) member. The researcher depended on the analytical descriptive method, and used a questionnaire to collect information, so he repaired two questionnaires, the first one about the most crises the initial stage schools suffer, and the second contains (58) items about the proceedings which the headmaster must do them, and it divided to for fields, they are: before the happened of the crisis, planning to management the crisis, management the crises, the prevention and the capitalize of the crises after it happened. The results showed that the initial stage Schools headmasters are suffering from crises related to the students, the curriculum, and the teachers, and their practice degree for the subtrahend proceedings quadrated to the questionnaire is a median degree, that is subpoenaed drawing up a suggested imagination to become the Strategic Planning is the method which used to manage the educational crises and obviated them.
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تناول موضوع لم يسبق بحثه على المستوى المحلي و هو تحليل محاور الأزمة التي مرت بها المنظمة التعاونية الأردنية، فبدأت الدراسة بالتعرف إلى مفهوم إدارة الأزمة كبعد إداري حديث، و أسباب الأزمة و جذورها في المنظمة التعاونية الأردنية، و التجربة الأردنية و استراتيجيتها في التعامل مع الأزمات، و أخيراً آثار الأزمة و المعوقات التي عرقلت الوصول إلى الحلول لهذه الأزمة.
The research aims at know how is the harmony between the role of Strategic Management Process in managing the crises of the organization under study , and required role of the Strategic Management Process in Crises Management . The most important results of the research is : the shortage in that harmony. The reason is the big difference between the role of strategies design in managing the crises of the organization under study and the required role. While there is a good harmony of the role of the strategic implementation, strategic control process of crises managing in the organization under study and the required role. The recommendations: reconsider the way of design the organization mission, strategic analysis process , audit the signs of its crises after discovering it. Asking training responsible to imitate crises can be imitated.
