The Reality of Educational-Management Crisis at Tishreen University from the Viewpoint of Staff and Administrative Members

The study aims at defining the reality of educational-management crisis which faces Tishreen University from the view point of the staff and administrative members and at defining the differences in the administrative methods of crisis-management according to these variables (the scientific qualification, the experience, the faculty, and the sort of job). In addition to some suggestions concerning the best Administrative methods of Crisis-management at Tishreen University, and to achieve the objectives of this research, a questionnaire has been applied on a sample of (278) individuals during the academic year of (2014 - 2015). It consisted of (52) statements distributed into five sections (planning of educational management, the process of communication during the crisis, the importance of information in crisis-management, the financial and human abilities which are variable to Crisis management, and the extent of works credibility and their belonging to the University). The validity of the questionnaire was approved depending on some specializers and experts in both the education and economics faculties at Tishreen University. There were (9) referees, the total reliability factor was (0.755). The result of the research proved that the crisis-management at the University was of an average level in addition to statistical significant difference concerning the degree of crisis-management according to the variable of the scientific qualification. It also showed no statistical significant difference according to the variables of experience, the faculty, and the sort of job. The researcher suggested preparing training sessions and specialized workshops in crisis-management at the University to raise some awareness about it.

Evaluation the Incidence of The Strategic Management Effectiveness In Crises Management of water Sector (A Case Study : directorate of water resource in Lattakia)

The research aims at know how is the harmony between the role of Strategic Management Process in managing the crises of the organization under study , and required role of the Strategic Management Process in Crises Management . The most important results of the research is : the shortage in that harmony. The reason is the big difference between the role of strategies design in managing the crises of the organization under study and the required role. While there is a good harmony of the role of the strategic implementation, strategic control process of crises managing in the organization under study and the required role. The recommendations: reconsider the way of design the organization mission, strategic analysis process , audit the signs of its crises after discovering it. Asking training responsible to imitate crises can be imitated.

The role of Strategic Planning in Crisis Educational Management at Tishreen University from Their worker Perspectives

The research aimed to identifying the Opinion of Sample of worker at Tishreen University in the role strategic Planning importance, Crisis Educational Management, also to define the differences in Opinion of Sample to these variable the scientific qualification. To achieve the objectives of this research, questionnaire has included the role of Strategic Planning in Crisis Educational Management consisted of (52) items, has been applied during the academic year of (2015 - 2016) on sample (278) members, The present research used the descriptive analytical approach. Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff of educational at Damascus and Tishreen. The final results showed that the role of Strategic Planning in Crisis Educational Management were middle degree. In fact there are no found differences between the sample answers, about the strategic Planning importance, and their role in Crisis Educational Management according to variable the scientific qualification. The Research presented suggestions concerning of to adopt strategic planning as a tool for changing and developing administrative work and specialized workshops in strategic Planning.

Evaluating consumer purchasing behavior in crisis "A survey Study on consumers In the city of Latakia"

This study aims to evaluate the consumer purchasing behavior who buys in order to benefit from personal to him and members of his family in the economic crisis behavior and to identify the choices and decisions of purchasing related to consumer goods, , and all this in order to identify new patterns Syrian consumer in crisis for actions economic experienced by the local market about five years ago. This was done using a descriptive approach by designing and distributing a questionnaire to a random sample of consumers in the Syrian coast, and the data were analyzed using spss statistical program, the researcher found that the economic crisis in the local market have worked to change the Syrian consumer behavior. The study also showed that this crisis has generated new patterns of behavior purchasing whether to delay and postpone purchases of durable goods, or the emergence of rational behavior of the rationalization of consumer spending and demand for buying used products and products with low quality as a result of reduced purchasing power among Syrian consumers.

The impact of the current crisis on the Syrian agricultural exports

The research aims to study the most important economic efficiency of agricultural foreign trade indicators, and to identify the most important problems facing the export companies and organizations working in the field of foreign agricultural trade, using descriptive and analytical approach in the treatment of research data. The results show that the annual growth rate of Syrian exports during the period 2005 to the first year of the crisis in 2011 amounted to about 15%, and from 2005 until the end of 2014 about 1%. The export strength top of the share of latency (56%), followed by tomatoes (53%), and apples (26%), then peaches and lentils (24%), while zero, export strength of the sheep, but some products such as wheat, barley, chickpeas and corn. Search results have been reached and there are some problems and obstacles faced by the operating companies, including the lack of accurate marketing information especially for foreign markets, and the non-availability of required quantities for export to the required specifications, or the availability of skilled labor on the post-harvest operations, in addition to dent some of the ministerial organs, Health and customs and taxes ... and others.

The phenomenon of marriage of minors in the shadow of the Syrian crisis Field study in the city of Jaramana

The aim of the research is to identify the main reasons that contributed to the emergence of the phenomenon of underage marriage in the shadow of the Syrian crisis, and the effects on the girl in particular, and on the whole society in general, and to make recommendations to alleviate their spread in the Syrian society . A descriptive analytical approach was used in the study of the phenomenon. A questionnaire was designed, divided into two parts: a questionnaire on the characteristics of the sample members. It included 12 words that measure a range of personal and demographic variables such as: age of the minor at marriage, degree of kinship with the husband, educational level of the minor, , The marital status of the minor, the number of children, etc., and the question about the phenomenon of marriage of minors, and included (20) words, showing the factors that led to the marriage and the effects of this marriage . This questionnaire was applied to a sample of married minor women residing in the shelters in the city of Jaramana. The sample was chosen according to the intentional method. The sample was 62 women. The researcher also verified the veracity of the questionnaire by presenting the sample questionnaire to a number of specialized arbitrators , And found that this questionnaire covers most aspects of the subject of the study. Thus, the questionnaire came out in its final form. The study also reached several results, the most important of which are: (The reason for the marriage of minors under the Syrian crisis was due to the harsh conditions suffered by families of the sample , Especially security conditions And physical and social factors, based on the fear of their daughters being exposed to problems affecting their honor, and to alleviate the material burden, especially in families with large number of children, there is a significant relationship between the educational status of the husband and the violence practiced by the wife in the study sample, A significant relationship between the husband's profession and the violence against the wife in the sample of the study. Early marriage affects the health, psychological and social situation of the minor girl.

The Degree of Practicing the Psychological Counselor to the Counseling Tasks through the Syrian Crisis

The research aimed to identify the degree of practicing the Psychological Counselor to the Counseling Tasks through the Syrian Crisis from the point view of Secondary Schools Managers and their Assistants in Lattakia Governorate, also to study the differences between the answers of the research sample according to the following variables: (scientific and educational qualification, years of experience), and to achieve the objectives of this research, a questionnaire was built, consisted of (52) paragraph, has been applied on a sample of (118) Managers and their Assistants, during the academic year of (2017 - 2018), also the current research used Descriptive method and to approve the questionnaire validity, it was showed to a jury of (7) of specialized adjudicators in this domain. Its constancy was assured by applying it on a pilot sample consisted of (52) Schools Managers and their Assistants in Lattakia City through Cronbach – Alpha Reliability (0.425), and (0.455) at Spearman-Brown. The research results showed that the degree of practicing the Psychological Counselor to the Counseling Tasks through the Syrian Crisis from the point view of Secondary Schools Managers and their Assistants in Lattakia Governorate came of a medium degree, Also it was shown that there were differences of statistical indication between the sample of research the degree of according to the variable scientific and educational qualification in favor of the Managers and their Assistants those holding Education Preparation Diploma, the result also showed no statistically significance differences between the sample research to the variable years of experience. The research suggested to interest in the habilitation Psychological Counselors, scientific, academic, professional, and preparing training sessions and specialized to the Psychological Counselor in management- Crisis to improve their awareness of Crisis management.
