يهدف البحث إلى تعرف دور التخطيط الاستراتيجي في إدارة الأزمات التربوية في جامعة تشرين من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها، و كذلك تعرف الفروق بين إجابات العينة تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، و لتحقيق الغرض من البحث تم بناء استبانة تضمنت دور التخطيط الاستراتيجي في إدارة الأزمات التربوية (قبل، في أثناء، بعد) حدوث الأزمة، مؤلف من (52) عبارة، كما طبق البحث خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي 2015 – 2016 على عينة بلغت (106) عاملاً و إدارياً، و استخدم المنهج الوصفي، و للحكم على صدق الاستبانة عرضت على (7) محكمين مختصين في جامعتي دمشق و تشرين.
بينت نتائج البحث أن دور التخطيط الاستراتيجي (قبل، و في أثناء، و بعد) حدوث الأزمة جاء بدرجة متوسطة من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة،كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات أفراد عينة البحث حول دور التخطيط الاستراتيجي في إدارة الأزمات التربوية في جامعة تشرين تبعاً للمتغير المؤهل العلمي. و قد اقترح البحث بضرورة تفعيل التخطيط الإستراتيجي كأداة من أدوات التغيير في تطوير العمل الإداري في الجامعة، لدوره الفعال في مواجهة الأزمات، و عقد دورات تدريبية للعاملين في الجامعة تتعلق بالتخطيط الإستراتيجي.
The research aimed to identifying the Opinion of Sample of worker at Tishreen
University in the role strategic Planning importance, Crisis Educational Management, also
to define the differences in Opinion of Sample to these variable the scientific qualification.
To achieve the objectives of this research, questionnaire has included the role of Strategic
Planning in Crisis Educational Management consisted of (52) items, has been applied
during the academic year of (2015 - 2016) on sample (278) members, The present research
used the descriptive analytical approach. Validity of the questionnaire was established
though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff of educational at Damascus and Tishreen.
The final results showed that the role of Strategic Planning in Crisis Educational
Management were middle degree. In fact there are no found differences between the
sample answers, about the strategic Planning importance, and their role in Crisis
Educational Management according to variable the scientific qualification. The Research
presented suggestions concerning of to adopt strategic planning as a tool for changing and
developing administrative work and specialized workshops in strategic Planning.
