The research aims to examine the relationship between organizational culture on the one hand, and between knowledge management practices in Tishreen University, on the other hand, where the researcher distributed a questionnaire to a sample of the colleges in the University of Tishreen reached (205) questionnaire was recovered (222) to identify them, it was good of them use (158) questionnaire. To test the relationship, the researcher used the Student T test for one sample, as well as the Pearson correlation coefficient.
The research aims to explore the impact of globalization on modern trends to human resources management in industrial organizations. This study aimed at identifying the relationship between the Structural capital and innovation performance in Tishreen University. It applies the theoretical concepts. the researcher relied survey methodology, and distribution the questionnaire to 36 0 individual of the members of the Teaching Staff in Tishreen University, and then make a Field Study to show this relationship, the main result of this study is that there is a positive significant relationship between the Structural capital and innovation performance. We have provided a summary of the most important results that we have accessed with the presentation of some of the proposals and recommendations to improve the relationship in order to enhance innovation performance to the members of the Teaching Staff in Tishreen University.
This study aimed at recognizing the role of Intellectual Capital in the process of administration reform at Syrian Governmental Universities-Tishreen University- as If Tishreen University was able to having a human capital with experience, knowledge and skills at Tishreen University will benefit both the university and the society. The researcher relied on a survey methodology; He conducted a Field study by distributing a questionnaire on a research sample represented by teaching staff and administrative staff in Central administration to have their opinions. The most important results in this study are the university to have a human capital which is able to make the reform process, but this capital is not well-performed due to lack of training programmes, low financial support needed for conducting scientific researches and to participate in abroad publication. The current administrative procedures do not help to make this reform properly. The most important recommendation in this research is to reform the scientific research to create a new trend of knowledge.
This study aimed at identifying Mechanisms of Human Capital Development in Tishreen University, and its role in reconstruction of Syria. In addition, the extent Tishreen University applied these mechanisms and the strategic objectives identified in t he Higher Education Plan. The researcher gave a questionnaire to 335 people, they are members of the Teaching Staff in Tishreen University, the main result of the study was that the universities follow to these mechanisms will contribute in Reconstruction. We have provided a summary of the main result that have found out is that Tishreen University did not apply mechanisms of Human Capital Development and the strategic objectives as required, and there is no interest in scientific research, absence of research plans and weak budget, and a dire need to contract with scientific data and research engines.
This study aimed to evaluate the possibility to make knowledge map in Tishreen University through showing the administrative and human infrastructure. The researcher depended on the survey method where he distributed the questionnaire on 303 individu als of central administration in Tishreen University. The outcome was lack in the administrative and human infrastructure in the university, as it does not depend on accounting, administrative and human information systems that make easy and quick access to data and information. The researcher presented some of the recommendations including the need to work on a plan to make knowledge map by modernization of databases and to take the administrative and legal measures, which are necessary for electronic development.
The aimed of the research is to determine the role of career path dimensions through (training, promotion, incentives) in reducing job burnout (stress, and the limited work powers of workers at Tishreen University. The researcher relied on the deduct ive approach as a method for thinking in formulating the research hypotheses and selecting the hypothesized relationships between the research variables, and the descriptive and analytical approach by listing Arab and foreign books and periodicals, and other publications related to the research topic, and reviewing, studying and analyzing them in order to answer the research objectives and discuss their hypotheses. As for the research methods, the researcher relied on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting primary data, and the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 167 workers at Tishreen University, of which 164 were recovered, and 161 questionnaires were suitable for analysis. Then she analyzed the data on the dependent variable and the independent variable and tested the hypotheses using the analysis program. Statistician SPSS version 20 to accept or reject hypotheses. One of the most important results of the study was the content of the training program that is not commensurate with the needs of workers at work, and the training content is not determined on the basis of compatibility with the different abilities of the trainees, and the worker does not participate in choosing the appropriate work method and style, and the workers do not feel bored and bored because of my work.
