This study aimed to evaluate the possibility to make knowledge map in Tishreen University through showing the administrative and human infrastructure. The researcher depended on the survey method where he distributed the questionnaire on 303 individuals of central administration in Tishreen University. The outcome was lack in the administrative and human infrastructure in the university, as it does not depend on accounting, administrative and human information systems that make easy and quick access to data and information. The study aimed to identify the role of the Data Show on the profession of the university teacher from their point of view. The study sample consisted of (56) as a teacher. And applied a questionnaire as a measurement tool, axes focused on the organization of the lecture time, and the development of the teaching method, and keep abreast of scientific developments, and psychological and professional satisfaction.
This study aimed at identifying Mechanisms of Human Capital Development in Tishreen University, and its role in reconstruction of Syria. In addition, the extent Tishreen University applied these mechanisms and the strategic objectives identified in t he Higher Education Plan. The researcher gave a questionnaire to 335 people, they are members of the Teaching Staff in Tishreen University, the main result of the study was that the universities follow to these mechanisms will contribute in Reconstruction. We have provided a summary of the main result that have found out is that Tishreen University did not apply mechanisms of Human Capital Development and the strategic objectives as required, and there is no interest in scientific research, absence of research plans and weak budget, and a dire need to contract with scientific data and research engines.

Therefore, the skill of formulating exam tests is one of the main criteria that should be within criteria of the evaluation quality. An objective test is one of the sorts that offers a student with a number of answers to a question or solutions to a problem, and then the student should identify (recognize) the right answer or solution to these questions. They are called "Objective Tests" because they are objectively corrected, in other meaning, its correction doesn't differ from one evaluator to another. Because the importance of formulating this type of questions and scarcity of researches concerned this idea. This research aimed to evaluate the achievement of the formulated objective tests for formulated objective test conditions. The taken research sample was the final written exam (second term) which represented the courses of the four years that are taught by faculty staff members at Nursing Faculty for the academic year 2014 -2015. The sample was consisted of 719 multiple-choice question, 248 True/False item, and 21 Match item. The most significant findings were: the faculty members followed the conditions of formulating stem in multiple-choice questions with the need to pay attention to language clarity and accuracy. In addition, they followed the conditions in formulating alternatives in multiple-choice tests, and follow all test-type formulation conditions for True/False items, with relying heavily on multiple-choice questions and True/False items, while relying on the test of match items (proportionality) type was very few.
This research aimed at determining the role of intellectual capital in developing the competitive Tishreen University Abilities in both education and scientific research. The researcher relied on the methodological approach as a general approach to r esearch, followed the methodology of the survey, and a set of methods, including relying on secondary and primary data through a questionnaire that was organized by the researcher's knowledge of published literature. He distributed the questionnaire to 331 members of the faculty of Tishreen University, 263 of which were recovered, and 13 were not valid for analysis in the research community comprised of staff in Tishreen University faculty, of the 2376 respondents according to statistics of the Directorate of Statistics and Planning, and then used the appropriate statistical tests, such as simple regression, and rely on a programme SPSS is applying to be a tool for analysis of Data available. The main conclusion was a moral role, an Acceptable correlation between intellectual capital and competitive ability. هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى تحديد درجة توفر تكنولوجيا المعلومات، والدور الذي تؤديه في تنمية العاملين الإداريين في جامعة تشرين، واعتمد الباحث على منهج المسح، وقام بتوزيع 346 استبانة على أفراد عيّنة البحث المتمثّلة بالعاملين الإداريين في كليات ومراكز جامعة ت شرين والبالغ عددهم 3514 وفق إحصائية مديرية الإحصاء والتخطيط، وكانت أهمّ النتائج متمثلة في توفر المكونات المادية، وتوفر شبكة الإنترنت، والبرمجيات والتطبيقات اللازمة لاستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تنمية العاملين الإداريين في جامعة تشرين، وأنّ تكنولوجيا المعلومات تزيد من كفاءة العاملين وتخفض من التكاليف وتوفر الجهد المبذول في العمل. فيما كانت أبرز التوصيات متمثلة في ضرورة الاستمرار في استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات بما يعزز من مرونة العمل ويعزز قدرات المديرين في اتخاذ القرارات.
