تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف العلاقة بين مرونة الأنا و النشاط التدرسي لدى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة البعث, و تعرف الفروق بين أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية تبعا لعوامل الجنس و المرتبة العلمية و الاختصاص, و أثر تلك العوامل على النشاط التدريسي.
This study aims at recognizing on relationship between
the Ego resilience and educational performance among the
teaching staff in al-Baath university and recognizing differences
between the teaching staff according to the factors the gender and
the scientific status of the lecturer as well as theoretical and
practical college where the lecturer teaches and also the influence
of these factors on educational performance.
