This study aims at exploring the obstacles of using e-learning as perceived by the teaching staff at Al-Balqa'a Applied University, and defining the influence of a staff's being specialized and having an ICDL certificate on these obstacles. In order to have this aim attained, the study adopted the Analytical Descriptive Model for which a questionnaire, after having been confirmed in terms of credibility and constancy, was developed consisting of (24) items. This questionnaire was distributed to a population of (96) teaching staff at Irbid University College and AlHusn University College.

The aim of this study was to identify the professional growth programmers for staff members at Al-Balqa'a University. It also aimed to find out the effect of sex, qualification, specialization, experience and academic grade on the methods of vocat ional growth for staff members at Al-Baqka'a Applied University. The study specifically attempted to answer these two questions: What is the professional growth method used by staff members at Al-Balqa'a Applied University? Is there a significant difference on the professional growth methods due to sex, qualification, specialization, experience and academic grade from their points of view?
The purports of the research was to study the attitudes Tishreen Universities teaching staff in the level of University Learning Resources Center quality, and to study the different of such attitudes according to variables (faculty, qualification a nd experience). The present research used the descriptive analytical approach. The sample included (220) teaching staff for the academic year 2015/2016. To achieve the objective of the research a questionnaire has been included (80) items, to four areas. Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff of educational at Damascus and Tishreen. Pilot sample consisted of (20) teaching staff, Reliability was established by Cronbach – Alpha Reliability at lest (0.95). The final results indicated that the Quality of Learning Resources Center in Tishreen University was in the middle degree, Also showed the results that are no differences in the found degree according to the qualification and experience between the opinions of sample research of teaching staff, but there are differences between teaching staff in faculty. The research suggested to supply with modern technological in Learning Resources Center in the University, and setting the training courses about used its.
The research aimed at recognize the degree of Commitment of Postgraduate Students with the Ethics of scientific research from the viewpoint the sample research, and recognize the significance of the differences between averages the teaching staff abo ut the degree of Commitment of Postgraduate Students with the Ethics of scientific research according to the variables the teaching staff (Faculty, study rank, years of experience). To achieve the objectives of the research, was applied questionnaire prepared for this purpose, consisted (50) items, which distributed for five areas (originality and innovation, objectivity, honesty, respectful, and the scientific humble). The questionnaire has been applied the research on sample (268) teaching staff during the academic year of (2015 - 2016); after the Validity and the Reliability was established.
This study aims at recognizing on relationship between the Ego resilience and educational performance among the teaching staff in al-Baath university and recognizing differences between the teaching staff according to the factors the gender and the scientific status of the lecturer as well as theoretical and practical college where the lecturer teaches and also the influence of these factors on educational performance.
