The goal of the current research know the degree of the exercise of basic education teachers performing competencies from the point of view of the managers of the first schools in the city of Latakia. To achieve the goal of the search designed rese archer identify composed of (37) distributed on 6 competencies. The researcher used the descriptive approach analytical work, the research sample consisted of (39), teachers of schools in the first episode. The research found the following results: the degree of the exercise of basic education teachers competencies implementation of the lesson, calendar and promote learning, the use of educational materials, the teaching methods and the design of educational activities, were medium. . While the exercise of questions classroom instruction, management were high-grade. In addition, the study indicated that there was no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the sample due to the gender variable and variable experience The existence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample on the questionnaire of competencies attributed to the variable of the academic qualification (secondary, university, and deepening educational qualification) for the benefit of the managers of the university certificate and deepen the educational qualification.
The objective of the research is to know the situations of merge schools according to the view of first circle teachers in basic education in the city of Homs in accordance with the variant of qualification and years of experience and to find the suggestion set by the teachers to develop merge schools. The sample consists of 20 teacher from the Merge schools .A questionnaire has been applied by the researcher .the questionnaire includes 18 items within 3 dimensions . The research aimed to acknowledge the most important obstacles which contradict applying the school’s activities from the perspective of principles of the basic learning stage at Homs city. The research provided some suggestions such as preparing training programs to train Secondary Schools Managers on Management by Values, also conducting other researches about applying Management by Values theory at Schools.
The study aimed to assess the extent to which the teachers of the first cycle of basic education in Al-Hasakah achieved the criteria of TQM from the point of view of the principals of these schools. The researcher used a questionnaire which include d the following criteria: 1. Planning and designing educational attitudes; 2. There were statistically significant differences among the members of the research sample according to the gender variable in favor of females. There were statistically significant differences among the members of the research sample according to the variable of administrative experience for the benefit of those with experience from 1-5 years. Evaluation. In the light of previous findings, the study presented some suggestions that can be traded to improve the quality of teachers' performance in accordance with TQM standards.
