The extent to which the Principals practise their supervising tasks as Perceived by teachers in Jordan

This study aimed at identifying the extent to which Principals' practise their supervising tasks as perceived teachers in Jordan educational directorate. The population of the study comprised (3200) male / female teachers. The sample of the study comprised (201) male / female teachers. The researcher developed a questionnaire which consisted of (4) domains and (36) items to develop Principals' practices. The validity and reliability were calculated. To answer questions of the study, means, standard deviation and a three way ANOVA were used. The results of the study showed that the order of the questionnaire according to the means developed social relations, planning teachers professional development, and curricula development.

هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن دور مديري المدرسة في رفع كفاية المعلمين، و ذلـك من خلال معرفة أراء مديري المدارس الابتدائية و المتوسطة و الثانوية و الملتحقـين بالدورات التدريبية التي عقدتها كلية المعلمين بأبها للفصول الدراسية الأول و الثاني و الأول ما بين عامي (2003- 2004 م ) (1424 – 1425هـ)، حيث تألفت عينة البحث من (155) من مديري المدارس و وكلائها، و بما يعادل (87) مديراً و بنـسبة مئوية قدرها (12,56%) منهم (43) مدير ابتدائي، و (31) مدير متوسط، و (13) مدير ثانوي، و (68) وكيل، و بنسبة مئوية قدرها (87,43%) مـنهم (21) وكيـل ابتدائي، و (23) وكيل متوسط، و (24) وكيل ثانوي، و اختيرت العينة بالأسلوب غير العشوائي (الغرضي – القصدي).

The relationship between the quality of the performance of some administrative tasks and exercise the degree of skill of time management from the perspective of the first cycle of basic education schools managers in the city of Homs

This study aimed to know the degree of the relationship between the performance of the first cycle of basic education schools managers of some of the administrative duties and to exercise the degree of skill of :time management in the city of Homs, according to several objectives - Know the effect variable (sex, educational qualification)on the degree of time management - know the impact of the variable (sex, educational qualification) ( - degree in exercise of administrative tasks assigned to school principals.

The degree of the exercise of basic education teachers performing competencies from the point of view of the managers of the schools. "Field Study in the first episode of the schools in the city of Latakia

The goal of the current research know the degree of the exercise of basic education teachers performing competencies from the point of view of the managers of the first schools in the city of Latakia. To achieve the goal of the search designed researcher identify composed of (37) distributed on 6 competencies. The researcher used the descriptive approach analytical work, the research sample consisted of (39), teachers of schools in the first episode. The research found the following results: the degree of the exercise of basic education teachers competencies implementation of the lesson, calendar and promote learning, the use of educational materials, the teaching methods and the design of educational activities, were medium. . While the exercise of questions classroom instruction, management were high-grade. In addition, the study indicated that there was no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the sample due to the gender variable and variable experience The existence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample on the questionnaire of competencies attributed to the variable of the academic qualification (secondary, university, and deepening educational qualification) for the benefit of the managers of the university certificate and deepen the educational qualification.
