The goal of the current research know the degree of the exercise of basic education teachers performing competencies from the point of view of the managers of the first schools in the city of Latakia. The research aimed to identify the degree of practicing Management by Values of the Secondary Schools Managers in Lattakia City from the Teachers' point of view in their Schools. The research also aimed to study the differences significance between the average points of the research sample of the Secondary Schools Managers according to the following variables: (sex, scientific and educational qualification, years of experience), and to achieve the objectives of this research, a questionnaire was built, consisted of (56) has been applied on a sample of (403) teachers, during the academic year of (2017 - 2018), also the current research used Descriptive analytical method and to approve the questionnaire validity, it was showed to a jury of (7) of specialized adjudicators in this domain. Its constancy was assured by applying it on a pilot sample consisted of (82) teachers, in Lattakia City through Cronbach – Alpha Reliability (0.952), and (0.473) at Spearman-Brown. The final results showed that the degree of practicing Management by Values of the Secondary Schools Managers in Lattakia City the from Teachers' point of view, came middle rated , the result also showed no statistically significance differences in the degree of practicing Management by Values of the Secondary Schools Managers in Lattakia City of the sample members' point of view, according to the variables (sex, and scientific and educational qualification), While there were statistically significance differences due to the Variable experience, in favor of teachers with experience of more than (10) years. The research provided some suggestions such as preparing training programs to train Secondary Schools Managers on Management by Values, also conducting other researches about applying Management by Values theory at Schools.
The present study aimed to explore the degree of employment of teachers of the second cycle of basic education of modern education techniques in education from their point of view in Damascus, namely Al-Mezzeh. The sample consisted of (186) teacher s and teachers (79 teachers and 107 teachers) The study was a questionnaire by the researcher. The study reached the following results: 1- The degree of employment of modern technologies was a medium. 2-Data show technology ranked highest, followed by computer technology, followed by Internet technology. 3- There are no differences between the average score of the study sample members (males, females) in the use of modern technologies. 4- There are no differences between the average grades of the sample of the study according to the type of school (boys, girls).
The objective of the research is to know the situations of merge schools according to the view of first circle teachers in basic education in the city of Homs in accordance with the variant of qualification and years of experience and to find the suggestion set by the teachers to develop merge schools. The sample consists of 20 teacher from the Merge schools .A questionnaire has been applied by the researcher .the questionnaire includes 18 items within 3 dimensions . It has been proved by the appropriate method. The results have showed no differences among the degrees of the teacher responses to the questionnaire according to the variant of qualification and years of experience . Some suggestions have been set by most teachers about the situation of merge schools . there suggestions included much internet in the merge schools concerning the requiems necessary for the merge process like furniture, teaching means for the students impairment.
The study aimed to identify the main obstacles to effective communication in the classroom from the view point of class teachers in addition to knowing the difference between the views of the teachers of the class in relation to the obstacles of e ffective communication depending on the study variables (sex .qualification of education, teaching experience and that from the view point of class teachers in schools of the First Cycle Of basic education of governorate Damascus.
