The research aims to monitor the degree of sciences teachers practice fourth grade of formative evaluation methods from their point of the view in the light of developed curricula. The researcher has constructed a questionnaire that included Forma
tive evaluation methods used in evaluating sciences subject. As well, asking one question for the aim of knowing the difficulties and obstacles limiting the degree of sciences teachers practice of formative evaluation methods. The research conducted a set of results indicating the existence of a high level practice of Formative evaluation methods by science teachers of the fourth grade concerning class discussion, exercises, worksheets and follow-up, learner performance observation, self-evaluation. The results have also shown that there are statistically significant differences between the research medium degree members to that of the method to the number of experience in favor of teachers with more than ten years of experience, the results have also shown that there are statistically significant differences between the research medium degree members to that of the method to the scientific qualification in favor of teachers with higher educational qualifications.

Due to the prominent place composition holds in teaching French
to non-native speakers, this article examines the effectiveness of
formative evaluation in improving the writing skills of second year
students in the department of French language. I
n addition, by
showing the difference in the scoring results between the students
who followed the formative evaluation and those who didn’t, this
article aims to illustrate the impact of distributing copies of the
grading scale to students during the training period.
This search targets to assess the public achienements tests of the
basic education certificate prepared by the ministry of education in
the light of objectines of biology coures and assessment standards
in the syrian ministry of education to achie

coures and has worked out the behariour objectines for each lesson
of the planned coures then he has designed arbitrated the
specifications table of the coures to mare sure of its relidity and
reliability .
The objective of the research is to know the situations of merge
schools according to the view of first circle teachers in basic
education in the city of Homs in accordance with the variant of
qualification and years of experience and to find the
suggestion set
by the teachers to develop merge schools.
The sample consists of 20 teacher from the Merge schools .A
questionnaire has been applied by the researcher .the questionnaire
includes 18 items within 3 dimensions .
It has been proved by the appropriate method. The results have
showed no differences among the degrees of the teacher responses
to the questionnaire according to the variant of qualification and
years of experience .
Some suggestions have been set by most teachers about the
situation of merge schools . there suggestions included much
internet in the merge schools concerning the requiems necessary for
the merge process like furniture, teaching means for the students
impairment.

the Arabic teacher to depend on in assessing his accomplishment
and work and discover his power and weakness points in a

In the last two decades, the use of advanced composite materials such
as Fiber Reinforced Polymers (FRP) in strengthening reinforced
concrete (RC) structural elements has been increasing. Research and
design guidelines concluded that externally bo
nded FRP could increase
the capacity of RC elements efficiently. However, the linear stressstrain
characteristics of FRP up to failure and lack of yield plateau have
a negative impact on the overall ductility of the strengthened RC
elements. Use of hybrid FRP laminates, which consist of a
combination of either carbon and glass fibers, or glass and aramid
fibers, changes the behavior of the material to a non-linear behavior.
This paper aims to study the performance of reinforced concrete beams
strengthened by hybrid FRP laminates.
The research aims to identify styles used to evaluate the performance of learners in
vocational education course in the knowledge, skills and emotional areas from the
standpoint of teachers scheduled. To achieve the objectives of the research a que
stionnaire
was built, and applied to deliberate sample of all vocational education teachers totaling /15/

The thermal exchangers are widely used in the power generating stations and many
refrigeration systems. Activity in the thermal cycle depends on its design and real
calculations.
The aim of our present work, is to find an ideal calculation method
of the working
exchangers parameters and evaluating the used technical engineering soluting.
We discussed the ideal chosen problems and the affecting parameters, and used a
calculating design for a thermal exchanger in the heating and feeding with hot water,
considering these parameters. The proposed designing benefit, could be evaluated from the
final indication that could be expressed by real palpable material.
We found that the ideal parameters choosing could clearly descrese the preparation
costs the heat exchanger blank – form by three times and give full clear proposed
calculation method of all the parameters and its exchanging. This could save of the best
exchanging possibility chosen from the different exchanger.
This study investigates the Monthly Effect (Semi-Month Effect
and Turn of the Month Effect) in the stock markets of Egypt,
Jordan, Iraq and Syria, over the period from January 2010 to
December 2014. The daily returns for each index were analyzed
by using T test or Mann-Whitney test. Moreover, the regression
analysis was also applied.
