The objective of the research is to know the situations of merge schools according to the view of first circle teachers in basic education in the city of Homs in accordance with the variant of qualification and years of experience and to find the suggestion set by the teachers to develop merge schools. The sample consists of 20 teacher from the Merge schools .A questionnaire has been applied by the researcher .the questionnaire includes 18 items within 3 dimensions . It has been proved by the appropriate method. The results have showed no differences among the degrees of the teacher responses to the questionnaire according to the variant of qualification and years of experience . The present study aimed to explore the degree of employment of teachers of the second cycle of basic education of modern education techniques in education from their point of view in Damascus, namely Al-Mezzeh.
