يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع مدارس الدمج من وجهة نظر معلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي في مدينة حمص و ذلك وفقا" لمتغير المؤهل العلمي و عدد سنوات الخبرة لكل معلم بالإضافة إلى تعرف على ابرز المقترحات التي يضعها المعلمون لتطوير مدارس الدمج, تألفت عينة البحث من 20 من معلم و معلمة مدارس الدمج في مدارس الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي في مدينة حمص و قد طبق على عينة البحث استبانة من إعداد الباحث مؤلفة من 18 بندا" ضمن 3 أبعادتم التأكد من صدقها و ثباتها بالطرق المناسبة. أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق بين درجات استجابات المعملين على استبانة وفقا" لمتغير المؤهل العلمي و وفقا" لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة حول واقع مدارس الدمج بالإضافة إلى اقتراحات من قبل معظم المعلمين حول تطوير واقع مدارس الدمج شملت ازدياد الاهتمام بمدارس الدمج من حيث توفير المستلزمات اللازمة لعملية الدمج من أثاث و توفير وسائل تعليمية مناسبة لتعليم ذوي الحاجات الخاصة.
The objective of the research is to know the situations of merge schools according to the view of first circle teachers in basic education in the city of Homs in accordance with the variant of qualification and years of experience and to find the suggestion set by the teachers to develop merge schools. The sample consists of 20 teacher from the Merge schools .A questionnaire has been applied by the researcher .the questionnaire includes 18 items within 3 dimensions . It has been proved by the appropriate method. The results have showed no differences among the degrees of the teacher responses to the questionnaire according to the variant of qualification and years of experience . Some suggestions have been set by most teachers about the situation of merge schools . there suggestions included much internet in the merge schools concerning the requiems necessary for the merge process like furniture, teaching means for the students impairment.

This research aims defining the problems critical thinking related to
each of the following themes: (teacher, classroom environment,
curriculum content, teaching techniques, calendar, school

The present study aimed to explore the degree of employment of teachers of the
second cycle of basic education of modern education techniques in education from their
point of view in Damascus, namely Al-Mezzeh. The sample consisted of (186) teacher

and teachers (79 teachers and 107 teachers) The study was a questionnaire by the
researcher. The study reached the following results:
1- The degree of employment of modern technologies was a medium.
2-Data show technology ranked highest, followed by computer technology, followed

the problems which face the first episode teachers of basic learning , and present some

problems according to the varieties of ‘‘sex, scientific qualification , years of experience in

applied on as ample consisted of (851) teachers the first episode in Damascus schools in
the year (2014-2015),The resulted showed the most problems which the role of the
educational supervisor is effective are the class problems, but the role of the educational
supervisor was substandard in overcoming the psychological problems. The results also
showed significance statistic variances among the teachers appreciations average according
to the roles which the educational supervisors perform in overcoming the problems of the
first episode teachers in basic learning according to the varieties of “sex, scientific
qualification, years experience in teaching, and training sessions.
